The staff inside of the building are great, it's the blond lady at the security booth around back that is one mean, nasty person. She has no patience for questions, no time for you, and is very rude and abrupt. Others I work with have the same experience with her every time.
Why are your hours of operation not listed? When I call the phone number listed no one ever answers! This is a waste of space on the internet and that is saying something!
I mailed a letter in my neighbour hood mail box in Red Deer Nov 5th to an address in Red Deer. The recipient received it in her mail box Nov 24th. This caused four or so phone calls to see if if she got the "mail". Can you please tell me why it took 18 or so days for this delivery?
Not generous staff. Try to make money off by making you pay more for packages.
As I read all the reviews for this store I personally went their to ship something to USA I noticed they are very helpful and friendly . They recommended me good option . Pretty much I was happy with their service

In Sundre AB ,we have the most spectacular post masters I am a paralyzed .I drive to town my family doesn't live in AB.So every time I send my family granddaughters etc.They help pack my stuff from my van.A d tell me the best way to send it .Thanx to the ladies at the post office in Sundre & to Sharon that delivers out here to the country.Your friend Michelle
