i had a ruff day with work people on the street. i picked my daughter up from school to have lunch at bk and they started doing a new greeting that made you feel welcome and laughed at the same time. The Staff was really friendly and helpful. I think this not only shines light on this not so great neighborhood but it makes me look at BK as not just another fast food spot. The Staff gets 2 thumbs up from me and my daughter
very badley managed, they are usaly under staffed of the manager has a bad attatude. They do not seem to take any pride in what they serve. I have watched my foood sit on the rack getting cold while they waited for something else to finish my order. i eat at burger King often and have for years, but i go out of my way to not go to this one, and that's ashame because i live above it. As i said i live above this burger king and ooften have to close my windows due to the dirty oil smell that has me ready to move!

Had a horrible and disgusting experience here. The customer service was horrible and would not give a full refund back after I found a feather in a chicken nugget. I was do grossed out and the woman tried to say it was completely normal to find a feather in the nuggets. Do not eat here.
The low review is for the person at the drive thru window on 8/31/13 at 11:39 pm. A Latino who was very, very RUDE, irritable and had an aggressive and bad temper. My family and I have visited the drive thru of this Burger King without any issues till tonight. This person should NOT be serving customers... The first couple of comments he did I let it go by, but after several out of tone and aggressive talk I decided to put a review. I will send a complaint letter to the owner of Burger King and Corporation, he does a poor job at representing this Burger King.

I don't like the remolded bk. Not enough tables. Help must be new slower than normal. Drive thru stinks, speaker too close to corner if u have a big truck. Can't read menu from the speaker. Took away over hang, so while I'm paying/waiting for food getting soaking wet if its raining. Who ever redesigned did a real bad job. Should go back to architect school.
talk about take the fast food out of fast food. twenty min in the drive thru, then no napkin or zesty sauce for my rings. and the fact that I could not get out of line because they were taking so long made me late for work , I almost lost my job!!!

The service is good but when you go there and you want to get a decent hamburger they aren't very good. I went in there one day to get the new (at the time) chicken Parmesan and the cheese wasn't even melted right on the top. I couldn't go back to have them redo it I was on my lunch break. I am not the only one who thinks they should get new staff in there. I also went in there to get a buy one get one free chicken classic and asked if I could do it on the combo and the guy was rude the way he said no.

This restaurant is poorly managed, over staffed and in general dis array. Drive thru speakers not working. Shift manager unaware of problems. On top of that the order was delivered wrong. This place needs the attention of of someone in corporate management.
I used to work at this BK , hubby stopped by there today to get us the 2 fish sammichs for 5.00...............mine ended up with so much mayo/tarter sauce, so gross and pickles, no , we never put pickles on the fish sammichs when I worked there!!!!!!!!
The worst service I ever expirienced. The cashier lady was rude, in a bad move, wouldn't even talk to me, and spilled my drink on me n part of my car and didn't even apoligize. Manager saw her mad and didn't even say anything.
This location needs to be closed or the entire staff needs to be fired. The place is filthy and the wait is extremely wrong. Waited over half an hour for 3 chicken snack wraps which were wrong. Even fries, onion rings and pop were awful. Asked for a refund for the snack wraps and quickly left that awful place. Don't ever eat here. Yuck!!!

Make sure when you recieve your order you look in the bag. There is always something missing. Today my sauce for the nuggets, the other the ketchup that I asked for, before french fries missing. I think I may not go back to this one. SMH!

This burger king sucks. I think they run on there time and close when they want to close. Always make crapppy food. I go to any other burger king and there awesome. I worked at Burger King and its infested with ants, food is never fresh, people actually spit in your burger, food is terrible. Nobody washes they're hands. Nobody does any proper procedure. They have chemicles spills that leak into the oil filter which can actually kill someone. I do not recommend ordering food there. I was maintenance so I seen what actually goes on in there.
I am not a fan of this Burger King. The service is always slow. The staff are very rude, don't seem to pay much attention to the customers or thier jobs in general, and get the order wrong every time. We have even had an employee walk up to our vehicle just to complain about the way we ordered. How rude, and making customers feel threatened is not a way to bring back business. The manager is never available, and we are hung up on when calling with a question or comment. This place should be shut down just because of the horrible service. I refuse to go back, and will definitely not be recommending this establishment to anyone.
Horrible burgerking district manager,and two leads in afternoon are very rude and unprofessional,advised lead cheese was not melted on burger and no mayo,she took her hands lifted up the bun and said yes it is and gave me packs of mayo and expected me to eat it and my other food was cold,I will never stop there again coming back from out of town the general managers and leads would not give replace my food got very smart with me and rude,I asked for a refund for my whole order. I ordered an ice cream...but got told theres no more, i also ordered two cookies but didnt get them but i paid for them! You guys are so bad!
It's ok if you want your burgers just as they come, but once again, I went through the drive-through and ordered a double cheeseburger with mustard, onion, and pickle. I must have repeated that bout 3 times. I got home and found it had ketchup on it. No time to go back so I tried to wash the burger off. There's no getting rid of the taste of ketchup. Into the trash it went.
This has got to be the worst Burger King in the entire chain of restaurants. I have frequented this location only twice and both times my order was incorrect. Fortunately the second time I checked it before driving all the way back home. Don't bother calling the telephone number listed because they never answer. While I was getting my order replaced it rang a good ten minutes ( I could hear it) and no one ever bothered to answer. If you are brave roll the dice and see if your experience is any better.
My chicken sandwichs were not hot I took it back and the lady supervisor had a attitude. i orderd 3 original chicken sandwichs. I took a bite out of one and they served me the same sandwichs redipped in the grease because the sandwich i took a bite out of had new bread but the chicken patty still had the same bite mark im calling the corporate office this happened on July 6 @ 3:30

I stopped at your Burger King to pick up a quick Whopper Jr. on my way back to work from an appointment. I was in a hurry. I ordered immediately and there were two cars in front of me. I waited in line for at least ten minutes until the first car finally received its order. I ordered my HB with no onions and no mayo (this was fine). I was asked if I wanted cheese and I specifically said no. When I opened the wrapping there was cheese. Also, the sandwich was poorly put together with little lettuce and a dry bun. No napkins and no receipt. I will come back again because I usualy like your food and your location is convenient, but will never wait in line 10 minutes for "fast" food again. One more thing - "awful" is misspelled on your above rating.
I went to dinner last night (June 30 2013) while staying at The Hotel next door. I arrived just before 8 pm. No one was ahead of us and the drive thru had one car in it. We ordered a whopper and a salad with coke and a smoothie. It took over six minutes to get our meal and then it wasnt complete. They had forgotten the smoothie. It took nearly six more minutes to get the smoothie. I have never seen such a poorly run restaurant. No one there smiled or seemed as thoi they wanted to be there. I realize it isnt the best job in the world but any time you collect a paycheck you should try to earn it. The food was substandard, Worst whopper I have ever gotten. The salad was not good and as I said the smoothie didnt get there till we were nearly done eating. We will NOT return..

Yesterday, after the storm occurred, I decided to go bowling with two of my friends. We walked down from the Frame to get a bite to eat just as a truck pulled out the drive through. When we walked to the front door, a sign stopped us that said that dining in was no longer and option due to the storm--that we had to go around the drive through. Seeing as we had no car and could not understand why we couldn't eat in, we were already upset. Despite that idiocy, we walked around the drive through to give our order. After standing in the drive through for about 5 minutes, we realized that they weren't going to take our order either way. Defeated, we prepared ourselves to walk to another eatery. On our way out, I peaked in the window, only to see a group of workers casually talking and laughing, sitting down in the dining room. Not a single person behind the counter. I am disgusted with the treatment that I receieved, not just because I didn't get my food, but because they had the audacity to blatantly sit there and joke around knowing they had customers. This Burger King needs to A)hire all new employeees or B)shut down all together. I prefer B.
i stopped at your store for late lunch lady at window was nice but ''''''' when i got back to work my sandwich was completly wrong. i attempted to contact your facility by telephone no answered. i ordered a small cheesburger with nothing but cheese i received a cheesburger with everything on it most of which i will not eat. i wouldn't have posted this but not being able to reach someone by telephone i became very frustrated.

Quite possibly the dirtiest dining room I've ever been in. Every table had either someone's leftover mess or was sticky. The floor was littered in food. Just nasty! I've never felt compelled to leave a review but I had to this time. The best part was our cold chicken sandwiches! This might of ruined me on going to BK again
Evening of 6/19/13 my husband and wanted a ice-cream cone. We went about 9 PM it was busy. A young man named Sirron who was an off duty employee stepped in and helped out. what a nice young man and a good employee. He should be commended for his effort and and his customer service skills.
I drove through the drive through window this morning and got a sausage and egg croissant value meal, this meal had to have been made two days ago, I tried calling them the phone stays busy maybe because others have had enough of getting crappy food for convenience (not going inside) Me driving back from the job is not cost effective so this rating will have to do, but I will keep calling and I am taking this BACK TO THEM
Was in there today at the height of lunch hour. Hot food, short wait (considering, especially how crowded it was). This place has changed for the better.
Me and my family went to have lunch, it was a pain to order because the cashier (who was extremely efficient) said that the computer had problems, it wasn't taking the orders right. We had to wait several minutes to be served, there where no napkins, I had to ask for them. Once we were starting to eat, I noticed that the order was wrong because they have us French fries instead onions, I had to wait for more than five minutes to receive the correct order. The hamburgers were cold, the French fries of the kid meals where so cold. We decided to throw away all the meal and when we where notifying all the bad service the cashier offered our money back. At that moment mr milo offended us insinuating that all we wanted was the money, he did not believe in what we said. He also was disrespectful. I'm not going never back to this place and if I can't say to any friend to not to go, I'll certainly do.

My husband and I talked often of the BK Whaler we enjoyed in the late 1960's. I think it's back!!!! We had two fish sandwiches tonight and really enjoyed them. It was crispy and really delicious just like we remembered it Thanks. Don't change it!
This is quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Every single time I've gone in the drive thru, they've parked me (asked me to pull ahead so they can serve people behind me). They've even done it when no one was behind me! Today they parked me behind another parked car. I turned off my engine based on my prior experiences of waiting forever for my order, and eventually it came to a car who couldn't move past me, even though others were able to. BK actually asked me to move again instead of just giving me my order. There was no way I was going to waste my gas because this restaurant cannot get their act together!! Never again.

They accidentally gave me fries instead of onion rings at the drive through. When I came inside (after having the fries in my car and poking through them to see if there were onion rings underneath), she took the fries back and dumped them in with the fries to sell. WTF?

I went fri. (5-17) N sat.(5-18) Morning and the cashier was so friendly and nice i am not from tx and when i went i stopped by the bk since i was staying close by.i liked how she was fast, the wait was short the food was hot and most importantly she smiled all along.
I went to this store today, May 18th at approx. 1100 hours. The store was dirty, no one on the front counter, and some colored guy was walking around in the cooking area, constantly (and I mean CONSTANTLY) eating. His face was puffed out with food and just kept eating. I finally left in disgust with the whole store. You closed the store on Wolf Road, but THIS was the one that should have been closed! It was disgraceful!! Oh...as for the thing above that says "Please rate this store"...I tried...but it doesn't even deserve the ONE star!

weekly I take an autistic child to the 11 Delaware Burger King and he orders a fish sandwich. On May 8th we went and the sandwich was warm to cool. Also the grade of the fish was not the same. It was worse than McDonalds fish. I would like to know if you changed your grade of fish. We had to wait for the fish and usually it is hot,
I like their food. But every time I come late at night I Am either told they don't have their machines working, or they only take cash. inevitably I wind up across the street at McDonalds.

I was at burger king #7321 Apex and purchased a whopper combo and 2 pk of cold Cinnabon.. THey did not have the Frozen cherry icee when I came there and that's the most important thing I wanted. So No, at this location I didn;t have my Way and It was nothing nobody could do about it. I went to this location and ordered a veggie burger, i got a beef patty instead. I am allergic to beef, this location is sloppy and the service is deplorable. I was sickened by the mere smell of the beef when i opened the box.

Burger king corporate needs to step in there its putting there name to shame.. i went there at 11:35 am didnt get out till 12:20 pm... and its not that i don't love burning my cheap gas in my car for 45min. The service was so horrible.. employee choice is sub-par. Or gehtto i will not give them another dollar il drive 5min further west to Wendys which is clean or the McDonlads which is clean and both having way better customer service.. this is a developing area dont have the buisness known as shitty and gehtto.. your bk will lose alot of buisness the could have had..

A guy named RICARDO here at burgur king in riverbank, california....Was a very nice and helpful worker!! He helped my boyfriend and I with an order and when we sat down he was kind enough to clean our table!! When our order was ready he brought it to us. When usually they call out your number and you pick it up! He went out of his way to please a customer! He also brought us straws and ketchup. It seemed as though he loves his job and he does SENSATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I think employees like him should be reconized and I wish there was more like him! Keep up the great service BK love your food!! My boyfriend and I will defentintley be comming back thankyou!!

NEVER EAT AT THIS BURGERKING! I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and found several small chuncks of BONES! I almost chocked! And the french fries were very soggy! And when i tried calling them to inform them this problem, they cant even pick up! Highly bad service! All i wanted was a chicken sandwich, but now i cant because i threw my food away! Had a terrible experience there. After eating at Burger King, I got extreme food poisoning which lasted for 3 full days. Worst 3 days of my life. My body suffered from dehydration, vomiting, and extreme diarrhea. It took me another full week to fully recover and get back to normal. I filed a complain and was told that they would look into it. No one got back to me!!!
I went In around 6pm on April 28 had a real good experience ordered a whopper meal was made right and very hot the manager on duty even walked in the lobby were we was sitting and ask me if my food was ok I wanted to make sure you guys here of good complaints instead of just bad

I eat at this Burger King befor I go into work. They always know what I want and how I want it. The service is always much better the the service I get from Wendy's. I alway there and gone in 1/2 an hour.
I just ordered food that the portion sizes were way smaller compared to other Burger King locations. They refused to refund or even replace my food that tasted wrong. On top of that they made me pay for the food that was missing from the bag because they conveniently forgot to give me my receipt. I found out through them they are a franchise, so when calling a manager they won't fix any thing. Avoid this location at all cost.

On April 20 at 1:00 am I went to Burger King for my night meal. They were out of Whoppers, their signature sandwich. They were also out of chicken. I was told it was because they were about to start breakfast at 3 am. The food I received was some of the worst ever from any fast food place. Nothing tasted good; it had cold meat and I had to throw two of the sandwiches in the trash because they looked days old. I attempted to call the manager but the phone line is busy-rather unusal. You would think with McDonalds being a couple of hundred feet away the quality would at least be somewhere near McDonalds food. It was not even close.

I ordered $4.06 worth of food on 03-28-2013 at 1119 hours. There was one car in front of me and at 1138 I got my food. I was told that they would give me a something free, if i pulled up and then backed up to reset somekind of timer. When it did not work i was given my order and told that the order in front of me was jacked up. Really. Then when i tried to call the next day it was a majic jack phone line. I was so disapointed at the whole ordeal.
Terrible Service
this was a very clean area. for a truck stop this was very sanitary. the employees working there seemed like they knew what they were doing. though they were slow, they told us why and what they were waiting for. the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I've never been to a fast food stop where I felt so at home, and the ladies up front greet you with a smile that reaches their eyes, call you honey, and you leave feeling like one of a kind. I will be back for sure.

I've been to this BK about three times and every time I have gone I have waited for up to a max of 20-30mins in the drive thru. Upon a written complaint I received an uncaring, generic letter stating that "my comments were important to them." Absolutely ridiculous! Upon several months I decided to return tonight and waited for (you guessed it) 20-30mins after I had already paid. When i finally received my food it was absolutely awful! Needless to say I will NOT be returning to that BK if any for that matter.

I was in your store three times today an I have to say service was great I was in there early morning an the girls are great food was to me in matter of seconds an was fresh. The food is always fresh an I always have it with in seconds every morning u have the two girls there. I think their names are Sarah an IM not sure but she is a short haired girl. They are your best workers for mornings. When u have your other opener Alisha I believe her name is she is slow an unorganized I wait for my food for seven mins an it's already made just waiting to b handed out. Thank you for your time an I really hope to see more of the other girls.
