Not only was my card charged $10 when I used the self wash (the actual charge should have been around $3) but the water left hard water stains on my car. The spot free rinse obviously doesn't work well. I had to polish my car afterwards to remove the hard water stains. This place is a joke.
I was charged $20 for a 5 minute carwash that was a do it yourself carwash.I used there credit card service that said same as cash.This service was not same as cash,it charged me twice $10 each,to wash my car myself.Fraudulent?Yes,I think so.False Advertisement?Yes,I think so.I am very disappointed,and to top it off,I cannot even get them on the phone to discuss the matter,there phone is disconnected.So,in the futur,if you are thinking about washing your car at Buggy Bath carwash with a credit card,don't.You will be scammed out of quite a bit of $$$
