Its a shame to think, that worker, there, server, or waitress, whatever their title is, decided to make their own tip, on my ticket. This is even after, I gave her a generous, tip cash, of $5.00. Never again, at that Buffalo Wild Wings, location, there's always Wings and More, or Pluckers in San Marcos. Imagine, what they are doing, when everyone is drinking beer and not paying attention. Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good food, good wings and sandwiches. nice staff and specially hostess Angiela nice lady, very polite and friendly.

food is always good. service in restaurant is always good but when I tried to place a pickup order over the phone, the girl answering the phone seemed to not believe that I was placing the order.

I've been at this location severals times now and each time it's a wonderful experience.

Horrible service food is overpriced waitress paid no attention to us never gave us a drink refill til we were about to leave. Never going back again. I'll go to hooters b4 I go back to bw3

Place was great! As soon as I got there I was nicely greeted and had the option of where to sit at. My waitress was also very polite and they even let us sample food being our first time there. The manager was walking around making sure the guest were okay. Everything was awesome and great customer service great food I'd recommend it to anybody wanting good food.

I love the environment & the server Jasmine was really helpful of what to choose. & I will most definitely come back.

when I come to buffalo wild wings bar and grill ,I love to sit at the bar order a tall glass of budlight at a $4 and watch sports...I wouldn't imagine anything else better than this...

I love Buffalo wild wings. Or...Loved. Beer was hot, the projection TV was green, and the food was slow. Aside from that, the billing was tricky, and twice they got it wrong. I stopped going about 8 months ago because the pricing went up, and service was lousy. I noticed they took a strong stance against weapons on their premesis too. Give us a break BWW, this is Texas. So, I'd say that the problem lies with corporate, and management. I used to love this place, and I only went because I had a gift card someone gave me for my birthday. Thanks for the gift, and this place sucks. Lousy. Wing places are a dime a dozen in the great city of Houston, BWW should step up their game if they want to win long - term.

I went to this location this weekend and sat out on the patio bar!! It was so nice out there...... Did you know they had a patio bar?! I do now!!! It had some beers on tap that were special for the patio guests, I thought that was cool. Lots of nice summer beer options.

Had the Triple threat Nacho's, Not on the menu, but ask for them, and they will make them.combination of Pork Nachos. Boneless Hot wings nachos, and chilli Nachos, too die for. Burgers are great, love that charbroiled Flavor.

Stopped here after nothing else around it sounded tasty. Bartender was very good, she made sure we were filled up and suggested food when we could make up our minds. I would suggest the Italian Burger if you don't want wings.

Their wings are great from here. Especially on game day. The best of both worlds.

First time at BWW, all I have to say is delicious. .. Great service, environment, and food. My favorite was the habenero flavor. Can't wait to come back!

just order from muskogee oklahoma buffalo wings and it sucks not enough food for their prices. in a order you would think you get more then ten fries but no not there. ate there three times and always sucks never eat there

The food is really good and the staff are so nice! we take our family there all the time and they don't get upset if the kids are loud, crying, messy, or well behaved. The span of TV"s is wonderful and if you can't see whatever sport or game you want where your seated they"ll change channels on one for you. If you like to play trivia on game boxes go and have fun!

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings...horrible customer service! Choose a different location.

this location hands down has some of the best servers in Fayetteville! the atmosphere is great and people seem to really love their jobs. we love going there!

My family and I went to BWW to get together since some of my family members came from out of town. I will try to make this Short; but all night we had trouble. First, the asst general manager Keaton Denney sent a new waiter to our table of 15 without anyone assisting him. He didn't know what he was doing so I knew he wasn't properly trained. He took our orders and when the orders finally came out he dropped out tray of food. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for our food to be recooked. Normally if something like this happens at a restaurant the manager would come over express his apologies and get our food out as quickly as possible. There were other things happening during our stay but the most important thing happened at the end of the night. The waiter charge our credit card $70 dollar which was everyone's meal. He bill was only 35 dollars. I asked for the manager to come over and he took along time to come. Once he got there he had no compensate or excuse on why this happen. I asked him to compensate our bill. By that time he was so upset, that he snatched the bill and balled it up in our faces and almost hit my cousin. I told her to call 911 but she refused. She just waited to leave. He is the worst manager i have ever seen. If you want good representation at your restaurant he needs to be FIRED! If he treats customers that way then i can only imagine how he treats his employees. He is the worst!! I told him that I was going to make a complaint to the corporate office. If he is there if you go to this facility. you better watch out!!!

I wish there was a way to post negative stars but I can't so had to settle for one! This place sucks for families. We called ahead to have a party of ten with family from out of town and they confirmed then when we got they said they could not sit us together all for a fight! The manager wasn't helpful at all even after we explained that we called ahead and were assured our table. This is very poor and unacceptable business wise and don't see how this can be tolerated by upper management. That should have been clarified before we wasted our time and gas!

Would like to say the team and staff the North Collins location does an outstanding job. The wait staff is excellent and very friendly, and the management does a great job making sure each patron gets to watch the game they want to, regardless of team.

I ordered 2 baskets of wedges. For me to be paying almost 11 dollars, I definetly want the boxes to be filled up. The boxes were not even all the way filled up. Plus, I had to wait 40 minutes for my order to get done.

Great place to watch the games second only to sideline seats. Always has something going on. Great service, atmosphere, food, and managers always around. Never have managers easy to access any other place like here. Try an get a manager at wmart or Chili's. that's a joke these guys rock.
