Poor Quality
I had very bad experience using Brookstone Homes to build my home. The workmanship was poor to fair. The customer service was fantastic, until I signed a contract and put down 5%. The subdivision rules that are in place to protect your investment are not enforced. I would not recommend using Brookstone Homes.
