I shop here when I want something different. Make great gifts for anyone too.

Looked up location online and went to store only to find it wasn't there anymore. They need to update there information!

The phone number rings once and then nothing. No dial tone, no disconnect notice, nothing.

Went to return a Christmas gift only to find the store closed. You will need to go to another Brookstone in another city to buy their merchandise.

I went into Brookstone Alpharetta during the holiday season, and was helped by EMJay. Even though it was extremely busy in the store she still took the time out to explain things to me while smiling. It's very rare to walk into a store like that and not see the frustration on the workers faces, but she showed no sign of it. All smile and even got down on the floor to play with some of the smaller children. She's top notch.

I was just iin this store for the last 20 minutes and no sales person asked if they could help. I was going to make a purchase (3 tablets) but I will buy them elsewhere I guess. The sales people were just standing behind the counter talking to each other. I'm not buying from Brookstone this holiday season. Too bad.

they sold these headphones not knowing a thing about them. THEY DO NOT WORK WITH IOS 6. they just wanted the money and didn't know or care that they don't work with apple ios6. the computer update does not work.
