this is a bit of help, though there should be more information about the location of the site and if the hiring or not

Greenville Braum's went last night and had to look around for a clean place to sit and eat. One would think that the business would have at least one person out in dining area cleaning tables after customers exit them or I would think it is policy, especially with the outbreak of flu going around. That was my 2nd time to eat there and will be my last.

Ordered 7 hamburgers. 4 fixed incorrectly. Went back with those 4. Then 2 of those fixed incorrectly. Ordered chicken salad. Chicken overcooked. Tasted like rubber. Ice cream might be good but will never order food there again!

I love going into this store to buy items in the grocery area. The prices are comparable to the big box stores, but you get the friendly customer service that is missed in so many stores today. I am a loyal customer because this is one place I always come out of with a smile!!

I worked in fast food and know it can be hectic. People just do not understand what its like there unless you wokr there. Anyway my experience has been overall pretty good, got all my orders correct and even got an extra med fries.

I visit this location once a week, every Sunday morning and I always find the store clean and everyone is so friendly. My hats off to great management!

I just now ordered some food from this brains, not only did they make me wait in line outside for almost an hour but they gave me the wrong order.. this is the second time this has happened.. Never will go to this brains again

LOVE this store everyone is so nice and helpful from the moment you walk in until you leave I was very Impressed with the Staff I will be a long time customer....

Braums: Best ice cream shop ever! They also make great chocolate ice cream sodas. I was introduced to Braums ice cream while father was stationed at Ft. Sill, OK 30yrs ago. Have since moved to Virginia, but make a point of stopping by a Braums whenever in Texas and Oklahoma. Thanks Braums for having the best ice cream in America!!!

I have worked in the service industry for 17 years today I sent my husband to your store and was pretty much refused service because by 10 they had stopped making breakfast. Your sign says open for breakfast until 10:30. Im sorry to tell you but this is not they way to keep customers. You give the.customer what they want and what type of manager would allow thier employees to tell a customer no that they've already started cooking burgers. Seriously how many people want nasty burgers cooked at 10 in the morning???? Very disappointed.

I love the ice cream its an amazing place to go for dinner as well but I must say these last few weeks that my family and I have gone the workers are very rude and very unprofessional and really don't show urgency in getting orders out....

They make the best burgers and the salads are so fresh and crisp I plan on going back every time I come to town

This location has never messed up or forgotten anything in my order. The workers are very friendly and often bring the food to my table.

I have only had one employee be rude to me and the numerous times I visited this store I have received great customer service. Never had a problem w/food either. I give this location 4.5 stars

Great place to go if u wanna walk the order takers (even managers) through ringing up your order. If u say add jalepenos theyll sure be stupid enough to ask "so only jalepenos?" and if u try to add anything to a jr cheese burger? good luck with that! Even greater place to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a burger an fries. Overall, its a bunch of imcompentant people, lacking in people skills and organized order taking and makin procedure. I give em one star because the food still tastes great. -andre

While I love the food at our local Braums I can only stomach it if going through the drive-thru. The tables are always filthy inside and I've never seen anyone sweep or wipe down anything when I'm there. The floors and tables are always disgusting.

I sent back my ice cream order 3 times. I'm not being picky-but apparently no one in the store can make a Chocolate Chip Waffle Cone mix. Not even the manager. It was extremely runny-I threw it out. Very disappointing and frustrating.

I think this.store has the best customer service.

I have visited this location with family and we agree it is very unkept and the staff is very unprofessional.

Went in to get a milk shake & and as the gentleman was scooping the ice cream he dropped some on the glass cover & proceeds to push the ice cream back into the scoop and into the cup when I pointed out what he did he tells me he threw it away when I clearly saw him when I told him no you didn't he says oh well I keep the glass clean... which is not the point you shouldn't touch people's food without gloves nor should you scoop it into the container I will not be back

Horrible service. Only one worker that was doing her job. All the other workers had friends over wing very loud and throwing out obscene profanity, littering behind the counter while people were going through drive thrus, and giving customers bad service. They ignored me and continued talking to his friends and tossed my change back into my hands.

I came to this location and the food was cold, stale and the icecream was completely melted. The cherry limeade tasted like syrup and limes with no cherry flavor. The cherry taste like someone already sucked on it and threw it on top of my sundae. (The cherry was flat and didnt have any juice in it and it was split open).

Every time I go there they completely botch my order! One time they left my card and my drink on the counter and I had to go inside to get them also having to wait for my meal which they screwed up. Tonight I go and the lady is rushing me to order. I'm sorry, do you not understand what "one moment please" means? Then she totaled out our order too early before we were even done ordering because she was rushing. The employees are rude. They ask you if you want cheese yet don't give you any after you say yes. When you ask for ingredients to be left off they make you the burger with all of them still on it. Do they not write down or enter your special orders? Very unfriendly, the majority of them act like they are high and their eyes are glazed over. Terrible. The burgers: terrible. The service: terrible. They either need a new manager or need someone with a brain in customer service.

I usually go through the drive thru and the last time I went the ice cream that I got was not good, I called the store manager and told them I had walnuts mixed in with my chocolate mint icecream and the icrecream wasn't even hard it was foamy. I went inside today to get icecream , and what I saw, I could not believe. When I first walked in there was huge puddles of water right in the middle of the floor and they only had a "wet floor' caution sign up. When I got up to the counter there was icecream drippings everywhere, choocolate on the counter, the shake machines didn't look like they had been wiped down all day and it took the guy forever to make 2 chocolate shakes for the person in front of me......I would not visit this store again, the owner needs to know about this

I've been eating at the Braums on 21st and Ridge for 7 years now since I went to work just down the road from them. It's always been a gamble as to if you get a good meal there. I've had wrong orders, freezer burned meat, stale buns, cold fries....the list goes on. I probably throw away 25% of my orders there and swear I'll never go back. Friday was the last straw, A rock hard bun that could of shattered a window. Totally inedible. You can't tell me the person making this burger didn't notice it. They just don't care, and it shows in their quality. Save yourself a bad experience and drive to a different location to eat. The other Braums seem to get it right.

I love this Braum's store. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful to have my groceries carried out by Darin. The store is clean and has a good assortment of products.

I go to this store regularly but it is usually in the evening, instead of 1:10pm like today. This store always has a help wanted sign on the door. When I entered today, there were 3 customers waiting to pay for their fountain things they had got. Finally, the woman ask if she could pay....there were a group of 7 employees standing by the drive through window, visiting. Two of these employees were wearing teal colored aprons, which I was told that is the color that assistant managers wear. There were 2 employees at the registers that ring up produce,and other things when the 7 in the corner are too busy visiting. I am wondering why you are advertising for help when it is pretty obvious at least 7 of your employees are in need of something to do.

Good food, convenient location, friendly staff.
