Customer service

Went in asked for wiper blade. The store member was so polite and helpful. Gave me four options to choose from and a had the blade back on my car within 10 minutes. Need more like her in lots of retail places. Thank you and we'll done. Will visit again.

im,disabled 2 day was a treat to come to ur wonderful store.every member of ur staff was so helpfull,difficult for me,in many ways.the only thing that i was upset about was the burgervan outside.couldent eat the food stone cold.

Came into your store today and was unable to find staff to help me with the tiles I needed to purchase...but eventually a lovely assistant from trade helped...She was efficient....helpful and knowledgeable about stock and the avenue I need to take too make my purchase....So June from the Trade counter a big THANK YOU for making what could have been a nightmare into a pleasant shopping trip.....

Refurbishment

Don't know how much the refurb cost but in my opinion a total waste of money.there is less to choose from and it's set out like a showroom why have u fixed something that wasn't broke

Lighting

I paid B&Q a visit today in Southport, I cannot say enough about how helpful one particular lady was, I wished I had asked her name so I could name her on here. I was interested in buying wall light shades, wasn't entirely certain what I wanted, she must have spent 10/15 mins with us, at least, opening different boxes, showing different ones, helping me decide, then as if it were not enough, she took us through to bulbs and picked out all that I needed. ok, so she made extra money for B&Q, that's what she's there for. if anybody in Southport B&Q see this, especially management, please let her know how much we appreciated her input! manager is Sam Mason, date 24/4/13, time 15.27. SHP385 in case that is of any help to trace her, as she brought us to the till. Again thank you. I will be coming back, because of her!
