I really like the food here but I waited over 45 minutes for a pickup order after I had already waited half an hour before showing up. Needs improvement on timing.

Excellent experience under the new management and completely new ambience

It has been a long time since I had service from an employee who enjoyed there job and had fun doing it. The food and service was awesome at this location. Kudos to the management and staff.

Slush machine is ALWAYS broken every single time I've been there. Service is typically poor and slow food is below standards of most boston pizzas. One occassion our server did not understand what "beer on tap" was.

The food is not good. It looks very different and tastes very different from Edmonton locations where my family eat all the time. The service is painfully slow or they are too bothersome -- it seems either or. They either leave you wondering when or if they are coming or they talk your ear off and can't learn that they are there to work and not at a social gathering. If you wanted them to join your meal you would have freakin invited them in the first place.

Very slow service no respect in that restaurant i Went with my family never got my food for a a half hour the service needs a attitude change very biased I felt discriminated against.
