They need to learn business etiquette. No thank you, no have a nice day /evening we hope to see you again ( customer service skill). Each person should hear. Bathroom no soap . I hope they wake up before it's to late. No job Boston market out of business employee wake up.
I don't recommend this place to eat . They don't have business eqtieutte. Could care less about you as a paying customer. They think their doing us a favor by being open. Bad attitude..
I had lunch today from this store. The chicken was old, dried out and smelled. When I called to notify the manager; she offered a second meal. Why would I want more bad food???
The service was awesome and we where treated well. The manager walked around and welcomed everyone. Very good service.
I went to Boston market and ordered a brisket dinner ...they said they were out of au ju sauce.I asked them to please make some its my wife's favorite...they went into the back and returned with a red looking liquid..she ate it that night and became very very sick...vomiting and screaming in agony for two days...she almost miscarried... I went to fill out an incident report and they called the cops on me to hush me up and get me out of the store...I called the manager and she interupted me and hung up....my wife is still undergoing medical attention all because some poorly run franchise doesn't care about health standards.... I fear for my unborn child....and I hope she doesn't have any complications because some disgruntled employee wanted to get off early so he put God knows what in a sauce dish....BEWARE OF THE ORMOND BEACH BOSTON MARKET
Friendly staff Delicious fresh cooked meal everytime Reasonably priced And they bring the food to your table! Love it!!!
There are too many reataraunts. aound this area then to go here. It use to be real good, but its not been that way last few times I went there. Chicken dried out, mashed potatoes like paste, cornbread cold and hard. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. After calling to complain and ask a manager to rerun call that never happened either
The food at this location was not prepared very well. The two chicken pot pies were tasteless and the green beens were undercooked and not very appetitizing. The crew was not very knowledgable and not very helpful either. I would not patronize thsi location again. Very disappointing.
