I was looking for a pair of nice boots. My feet are narrow and pretty much flatfoot. One sales person asked if we needed assistance and I was still looking at that point. Then, Ron, another sales person, came by and he helped find the right pair! He took the time to fit the boots with the right socks. Instructed how a pair of boots should fit, etc. I came out of there with a perfect, comfortable and great looking pair of boots. Thank you Bootbarn!

Bought boots, write them around my garage and were uncomfortable. Tried to return them within 30 days and the sales crew voted on if they should return them our not. the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and is obviously not very customer service oriented. Don't give these people any of you're money
