service was terrible. took forever to get our food and it wasn't even busy. After we got our food we had to wait 10 min. for silverware. Never got refills on our drinks. Never had service that bad before.. Foods good service was bad.
This location has very bad service. The last time I was there the waitress told us she just got sick in the restroom and then she wanted to serve our food, not happening.
The service is great, food is great price a little high.
arrived around 720 pm saturyday night; seated within 5mins; no waiter/waitress achlnowledged us ever. Waited 10 minutes; got up to leave and no one even questioned why we were leaving.!! This has not been the first time with bad service at this location.
If you check police reports for precinct 15 in Columbus Ohio which is where this is located you will see it has experienced several vandalism attempts at the end of July 2013 in which windows were broken out of vehicles and items stolen between the hrs of approx. 2 and 4 pm. BE CAREFUL TO SECURE YOUR VALUABLES until the slugs are caught. They are obviously targeting businesses in the surrounding area and have hit Culver's too.
We have have lots of meals at this Bob Evans, and been happy with the food/service..until the last month or so. Food was cold on one occasion...missing items...last visit, just not edible. Chicken pot pies last week had nothing in them except for a creamy, chicken soup typew filling..no chicken. Returned them, and no real response, just a refund. We are no longer recommending this Bob Evans.
I really enjoying coming here. The food is delicious, staff is friendly, service is quick, and prices are fair. I notice there isn't much turn over with the staff. A comfortable work enironment makes the customers more comfortable coming in, so the overall atmosphere is relaxing and appreciated. I'll definitely be going back.
The hostess was slow to sit my husband &me, by 5 minutes. Then when seated, no silverware on table. The Food was TERRIBLE (cheesy potato soup), omelet with Potatoes and gravy (nasty). The waiter was slow & forgetful. I've never had bad food at Bob Evans, before. Hopefully never again. I will never eat at that Bob Evans again.
Live in the area and decided to do dinner there. Haven't been to the restaurant since the remodeling. My lady and I were seated and finally waited on by a frustrated server who said there were only two servers on duty. My lady had the chicken soup which had two small pieces of chicken, lots of noodles and very little soup. Frustrated, she asked for more "soup" and was given a new bowl of now watered down soup which she refused and chose a salad instead. We waited very long for our dinners to arrive and were surprised to find they were exactly as ordered and tasted very good! Several nearby booths remained dirty during our meal due to the understaffed workers!! The place looks great but the service is very bad!!
6-13-2013. Very poor service, quality of food poor not hot over cooked. Salad was even not good. How do you screw up a salad. Worst bob Evans we ever ate at
A friend and I went to Bob Evans. We walked in and it was basically dead, took us 10 minutes to even be seated. Everyone seemed too wrapped up in their personal conversation to seat us. We ended up being seated at a dirty table and 30 minutes later we were still waiting for menus and water. We ended up just leaving because service and lack there of is absolutely ridiculous. Try employing someone aside from some half-wit kid who doesn't give a damn.
I probably eat at Bob Evans in Licking Co.five or six time a month. This one is the worst I've been to. My wife and arrived at 7:30 pn a Sarurday night. There were 5 other tables all already had their food. Finally at 7:45 the pastry chef came over and took out drink order,apologizing. Meanwhile FOUR waitresses were standing behind the counter joking and cutting up. Finally one of them came over (8pm now!,,) took our order. At 8:15 our order had been sitting in the window for 5 minutes with the waitress just standing there! We had to leave to catch a movie and got up, asked to see the manager. An obvious asst.night manager came out, listened to our complaint about having to leave with out dinner....he didn't apologize or even do anything to acknowledge our inconvenience......BOB EVANS:STOP HIRING HIGH SCHOOL KIDS! We will never go back to ANY BOB EVANS RESAURANT.
I was just at the store on st rd 70 in Bradenton, FL. I was very diss appointed. I placed my order for my lunch,I ordered water with lemon and no ice, while waiting I could hear 3 different servers repeating that I wanted water with lemon and no ice. Needless to say I got up and walked out. I don't think it's that I drink my water this way. If they thought it was funny to them they shouldn't laugh and make jokes about it so that the customer could hear them. I will NEVER PATRONIZE THAT STORE AGAIN. DISSAPOINTED!!
Ordered the Chicken & Noodles soup to go... What I got was a whole lot of noodles, little/no chicken and not one drop of broth in the bowl! When I called, I was told well, sometimes that's how it comes. Certainly doesn't comfort me, having a cold, still wanting soup!!!!
we was at your store 4-6-13 the store wasnt clean table-seat-floor we have ben going to this store ever sent has open never seen it this bad my husband had your salmon there was bones in it ,it could have got caught in his throat,i order your cranberry salad there was so much dressing on it ,it was making me sick ordered your garlic bread it was hard and burnt ,please i love bob evans try to inprove theses issues ty have a nice day
I give this place a thumbs up good food, affordable prices, friendly people.
My husband and I went to Bob Evans in McMurray for dinner tonight. We were seated within a few minutes at a very small table, then we waited & waited for a waitress to come over and fineally about 15 min one came past and gave us silverware then left and said she would be back in a few minutes. Never asked if we wanted to order or take a drink order. We waited for another 10 minutes then we left. No one ever came back to even see if we needed anything let alone take our order. They were not that busy. This is unacceptable for a restaurant!!!!
I come in and eat here all the time. The staff is so friendly and their food is really good. Every Tuesday's are kids night and they usually have a table set up for arts and crafts for the kids while they wait for their food. Ashley is our favorite server she is always smiling and friendly. I give this place a 100.
Cold interior, little heat. Service slow, food had good taste, grits were very thin. Not typical of Bob Evans restaurants.
I tend to go to a Bob Evans restaurant when im out of the house for breakfast. I just love the choices on the menu. The biscuits are delicious. Usually I order the Border Omelet and sometimes with hotcakes.
Took 40 minutes to get dinners at 7:30 in the evening. When received they were cold and dry. Service was very bad the server was more concerned with getting closing chores done. Not once did she come over and expain why there was a delay. Giving this location even one star is to much.
We will never go back to this location for a Bob Evans meal. Always have had a really good experience at other Bob Evans restaurants, but not this one. One poor server made the last two visits a complete deal breaker.
Eat here often, service is great, food is excellent. The food is very good, never had a bad meal there. Meals vary from Breakfast to dinners, salads to Hamburgers, always prepared very well. But the draw here for us are the personnel that run and work here. Although most restaurants are customer friendly this one stands out above most places we have been to.
This restaurant used to be good until it was remodeled. The main office needs to send a supervisor in to show them how to handle the change. The service is slow, the food is cold, and there is no supervision at all. The employees are trying, but have no leadership. Many regular customers are leaving.
