Amazing value all round, and plenty for the home that wont set you back too much, I'm well pleased, and use this shop every day as lucky for me as I live nearby, love it

Checkout operators manners leave a lot to be desired. Very unfriendly while putting my goods through Not very helpful whatsoever

I think that this b&m is really good it sells nearly anything and everything and as for there not being one of the same thing on the shelf I find that hard to believe I go often and the store is huge so obviously it has more than one item of the same product..

Very helpful staff, well stocked shop, nothing is to much trouble, lots of bargains at very reasonable prices, definitely worth a visit

This shop is excellent! You can get a lot of brand names for half the price you would pay in the super market! Such as expensive shampoos, cleaning products, food brands ect.

Bought a shed far cheaper than anywhere else and of equal quality than a shed costing hundreds more but what was so good was the exceptional service by staff who made the sale so easy . Bought shed one day and it was delivered following day . No fuss or bother - excellent .

Very poor variety. Never have more than two items of same on shelf. Burst packets and dented tins are quite normal. ..rest of store is okay

THeir website is rubbish, clicked on product then it asks you to find nearest store and it directs you to something totally different, really frustrating. Its about time you could orddr online, total waste of time.

I would like to ccongratulate you on the incopency of your management. A girl on till 2 had been asking for assistance numerous times. Eventually some1 turned up. 8 minutes later I paid for my shopping and left. I shall not be using this particular store again.

after purchasing a princess bed .and finding a football tent inside .tried ringing the store with a very upset 5 year old ,,,to be cut off after several attempts .then to be put through to hear staff laughing and joking ,,thinking they had cut me off unaware i was on the line for 10 minuits ..disgraceful not doing thier job ,now i have to travel to store to sort it as it seems no one can be bothered to answer the phone after several attempts to get through this morning wich is going to cost me more money to get thier ;;

Fantastic customer service A Big Thank you to Din the man in charge of the furniture section I had bought a rather large TV unit which on opening at home found it had a part missing But when I rang the store to explain - Din was so helpful & suggested I bring it back with the receipt & ask for him when I get to the store All I can say is a BIG thank you as he was a total Gem & he also went Above & Beyond in helping me make the right purchase

Ps even one of the security guys was really helpful when I needed some help & went off to find out for me

Staff always friendlyvand helpful

the shop is ok but needs to keep check on there stock there is never enough boost energy drinks in stock orange or original they also need to check there dates and rotate stock more often
