Go anywhere else! The lobby was smelly and very outdated, service was robotic. Walkways to rooms were filthy, grimmy. We had to pass open rooms housing employees. One had a crying bay on the bed and the ladies were actually cooking their dinner! Our room was the best part, with better furniture than we'd expected, but towels were small and thin. Even with our rooms on the back side, it was bery busy and noisy outside. it seemed like everywhere we went, to the pool, to the ice machine, everything was very dirty and slowly, unprofessionally being painted, or repaired...We had two adjoining rooms at $123 each! I felt this was extremely over priced. But the kicker was yet to come. A week later we received a letter saying we owed $20 more for a missing pillow, REALLY! I clearly remember being thankful I'd brought my own! It felt like we were in a run down motel in a foreign country! Please stay away!

I really enjoyed staying at the best western in enid. The people were very friendly and the room i was in was very comfortable.

I've stayed at many best westerns. I have enjoyed my stay in Houston and the location in Buda. Both were very nice and clean compared to this location. The service I received at the Southgate in Buda was by far the best customer friendly. However this place was awful. No communication between the guest and the front attendant. Seemed like they wanted my money and shoot me towards their awful room. The linens were old along with the furniture. This did not fully detract me from the BW standard, but I will def stay clear and far away from this location in the near future

Very friendly staff and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I did not bring my laptop for the trip however I'm sure it was blazing speed. Will recommend to friends and family and def will return for my next business trip in may!!
