They blow your phone up on your due date. Then they'll call your references on the day after you are due. Never been later than that but I guess they will come to your house on the third day. Long story short they harass the hell out of you. This would be the one reason why I would not refer them to anyone. I just feel you should start calling the day after the due date like other rental companies. I'm seriously thinking about switching to another rental companies or maybe even paying cash with another company . Peace of mind is priceless.
