I just went to this clinic with a sick cat and an appointment. A woman walked in with a dog wanting a rabies shot and she had no appointment. Initially, the receptionist told her she'd have to wait but then she went to check with the vet and they ended up taking her next instead of my cat. I expessed my concern over my cat's agitated state and was told twice it would be a few minutes. After 20 minutes my sick cat was so stressed, I had to take him home without ever seeing the vet. It is inexcusable and utterly unprofessional to put a healthy dog with a trivial need and no appointment ahead of a super-stressed, sick cat with an appointment! My cat did not get the medical attention he needed. The complete lack of sesitivity, compassion, or even good judgment was incredible??
