I went to Best Cuts, thinking I was going to pay 7.00 to get me hair flat ironed.I paid 20.00 with out any other service No Wash,No Cut.I was upset and lefted but my stylist did a good job.
I have been a customer for years. I will not return. My hair color is never consistent so I will go elsewhere. Sad but true!
Took my daughter to schedule a cut & curl for next day for her graduation and was told cost would be $21.00. After they finished they told me it was $45.00. I asked why did it double and she said because of the picture from their book. I said that they should have told me and I would not have used the picture (it didn't look like it anyway). They would not take a check so I had to leave my daughter while I went to the bank to get more money. They just lost this customer. I did not like being lied to or double charged. I won't go back!
They highlighted my daughters hair , and when we left it was ok until she pulled it back . Half her head is dies and half is not died and the red Die did not stay. They told her since she said it was fine when she left they will not fix it..will not go back..
I showed the guy a picture in the hair style book that they had in the waiting area and elaborated what I wanted and still received less than an acceptable haircut. I keep finding stray long hairs and when he finished the cut the guy's last words were "Well, its a little shorter than we expected but the back looks great". If I were in need of a buzz cut I'd probably go to best cuts but I'm pretty sure I would save money doing it myself. I do not suggest this place at all.
