So, I wrote to head office due to the lack of customer service. The 2 associates I dealt with, even the manager were 2 of the unpleasnt people, who could not handle a complaint about a ring and it all came down to that I had to go for a walk and come back, so they could cool down and deal with the situation. I will never go back there after spending $4thounsand dollars in the last 3 years!! The store manager is rude, and can not handle situations and than she gets scared and calls the mall security, due to lack of confidence. It is so sad that Ben Moss had to hire a person with no self esteem and gets scared. To bad I could not sit front of the store stop people from shopping there!

I have had nothing nut trouble at this location. Its like there is no such thing as communication. I sent a ring out to get sized at when it got back, the ring was completely trashed. they do not follow up with you and to be completely honest the salesman have no idea what they are talking about. i am going tomorrow.to get my money back.
