I love shopping at this store. Everyone is always very helpful and courteous.

It's 8:11 pm on a Thursday. Your hours are posted that you are open until 9:00 pm. I called twice, now and a bit before 8, each time letting the phone ring for 2 min (I timed them). Where are you people anyway? Now my wedding gift order will be cancelled. Yeah, real convenient.

My sister returned an item (speakers) that wasn't working. She said the clerk was very nasty and commented that the item was working when it was on the shelf. Although she did get store credit, She was treated unfairly. How would this clerk know that a packaged item was working. My sister felt humiliated and upset when she left. I have shopped at this store and I know a few people who give this store a lot of business. I will be sure to pass this experience on to everyone I know and I certainly wont shop there again. It was the Bed Bath and Beyond in Niskayuna N.Y.

I have always been very pleased with my trips to the Miller Rd Bed, Bath and Beyond Store. Your staff has always been very helpful and courteous. There are so many products in that store you could get lost just browsing. This location has been very clean every time I have been there. Thank you for your wonderful service!

I shopped this store a dozen times and every time!! I enter the store they make me feel uncomfortable. There employes follow you around for some apparent Reason and constantly watching you. I decided never to shop there again.

I want to express my appreciation for the first-rate customer service that I received today at this Campbell store. I was looking for an item that appeared to be out of stock. One of the employees noticed that I was looking for something and asked how he could help. He searched the shelves, then did an online search for the product and then went to the back to see if he could find one, which he did. He was extremely friendly about it and seemed to enjoy solving my problem! This kind of service is what makes me want to go back to this store.

Went in on Saturday, Mason Ohio store, 1/19/13 to purchase one item. Went to check out and only ONE register open - about 15 people in line! Then, I heard them call for more registers to open.. What a mess! Left cart, along withn many, many others and left the store.Reminded me of Sams or Costco club. Never again.

I would like to note the excellent service that I have always received at this store. Recently, I brought back a pot that seemed faulty and they cheerfully replaced it no questions asked! They even had to special order it as it was not on the shelf. It arrived on my doorstep within a few short days. The manager and all staff are great-thank-you.
