Attentive tellers and employees, but hours are ridiculous. I originally used this bank because of availability. Now no Saturday hours and bank closes at 5. Not good for working folks.

This branch of BB&T falls short on customer service on two counts: wait time and courtesy. I suggest going to a different branch location.

This bank has the worst hours, when I need to deposit a check its closed. I will be switching from this crappy bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever been with. They have one lady that questions me everytime I go in for business on out business account , asking me are we doing ok why are you getting this money out ! It's none of her damn business what I'm doin with our money ! She's the one with the very strong accent ! I'm so furious right now !

No map really, when I asked for Orlando stores it gave me Miami locations, you needto get this fixed.

Your bank has taken advantage of a elderly woman . Money was taken out of her account and your bank is doing nothing about you claim the signature is close. This is nothing but your bank and royally screwed up.

Someone with drew money from My Mother in-laws account and it was not her they say the signature looks close . So they are not going to do anything about it. We are talking about someone who lives on social security and the Bank is taking advantage

I went to this bank and looked online to make sure they would be open and the time posted was 1pm on the website but I went to the branch and it closed at 12. Way to keep your customers in the loop. Who is responsible for changing online business hours? This has cost me money now because the Sugarloaf branch is open till 1pm. Thanks alot.

My account was drained by fraudulent transactions. Two times in 10 days. Worst costumer service at this branch, No one responsible here. No one knows anything. Avoid this bank. One star because the review doesn't go thru with no stars.

9:00 - 12:00 Saturday apparently not as advertised. Ogden location also not open.

I had had BB&T charge my cell phone bill with $10 at least 4 times now over a 11/2 yr period. All of a sudden I see an extra $10 on my cell bill that I am not expecting, This must be some kind of scam where they charge thousands of people, collect the money, then refund only if you call them on it! and it takes 3 weeks to get your money back, and them by then they have charged you another $10! If I get charged one more time I am going to the FBI....it's got be a scam!

Love the people that work there. Always a delight going to that bank!

I have been banking at this branch for over 20 years. Two of the tellers have been there as long as I have. I'm always happy with the prompt and helpful service that I receive. This branch gets an A+ in my book!

My husband and I have been banking with BB&T for over 25 years, and live near this branch. We have learned to avoid this branch because they are uncooperative, frustrating, and unreasonably difficult to deal with. We plan to change banks due to our difficulties dealing with them.

Never go morning, lunch, or after 3pm so that leaves about an hour in the day to try to get there! 6 people working but only 1 manning the counter :( always!!!

I love bb&t. They"ve been a good bank , with courteous and helpful employees. when I have a security breach on my checking account, they dealt with it and were on my side from the get go. I will continue to be with the BB&T, as long as the great service continues& honest banking. :-)

I have banked here since 1986. This particular branch is the BEST and I should know now. For the last 8 years, I have traveled and visited MANY other BBT's. None even come close to comparing to the professional service and warm reception I have ALWAYS gotten at this branch! This branch is the reason I have stayed with BBT for 27 years

This ts the best bank Iv'e ever done business with. Grit Frazier-Timmons is the best financial officer I have dealt with. The girls behind the counter are the most professional and attentive of any other bank. Is a pleasure to do business with this branch.

Just would like to make only a general statement about this bank. BB&T as a whole lacks customer service skills & has a I don't care attitude. After banking with you for 8 Yrs I would nvr do business with this institution ever again & will steer ppl away from this bank as a whole!!

The women behind the counter are RUDE and slow, probably because they're too busy gossping about customers,slow as in I was the only cutomer in there and it took the 3 women behind the counter 15 minutes to acknowledge me and then another 5 minutes to figure out what they were supposed to do. I called to speak to someone about a hold on a check and the person on the phone was rude, talk down to me, and by the time I chose to hang up, was YELLING at me.

The loan officer at this location knowingly advised a young couple (my kids) to make an offer higher than the FHA loan amount of their dream home. He had been working with them for months before they found "their" dream home. So now because of his advice as a loan officer, someone they entrusted with their money and dream, has cost them their dream home. Shame shame shame on you!!!!!!

I will be sending an additional letter detailing my poor experience with this branch. Foremost, I wish to express my disappointment in the vice president of this branch. Her lack of follow through and inability to help me will cause me to close my account on Monday. She twice did not follow through with me or make clear the changes being made to my accout. The second time I called her after visiting her in the office, she even gave me a specific time she would call and never did. This resulted in me making an additional trip to the branch and proved her lack of professionalim and business ethics. If this is the behavior I can expect from the Vice President, I do not wish to do business with BB&T in the future. I will be sending a formal and detailed complaint to your office as well as to the editors of the local newspapers and your corporate offices.

i went to my local bank for a notorization ona property bb&t holds the note on and the notary refused to do it because why? her answer was because if we had to go to court she may have to attend. my closing funds will be deposited into capital bank, as well as our other accounts as they so kindly helped us at the last minute. i had to give one star to continue but did not feel it deserving

The tellers are not friendly or speedy. The bank needs remodeling

Bank charges fees for service not used for five years, then refuses to give stolen money back.

Every visit is an enjoyable one! They don't product push like my other bank. They do listen to my needs and provide products to help me with my financial needs.

The BBT office Lady at 3250 Little Road was super nice to me. I was upset from a previouse phone call about the mortgage taxes and she proceded to mcalm me down and get the correct story. She got everything on papeer and then made a call and everything should get straightened out. I want ot thank you and her for having so much patience with this confused client. She was so nice that I let here talk me into changeing an account to the bank from another bank. It was a pleasure to dom business there. rm.

this comment is to warn customers of bb&t poor customer service. after 7 days of calling ruckersville, va. branch no one would release a hold on a cleared check for deposit.after 5 phone calls to regional managers voice mail none were returned. very unhappy that i cannot use my own money.

I love this branch. Misty is the nicest individual you will ever meet. The entire staff is very helpful and very professional. Not only do they take care of you on a business level but they treat you like family as well. Thanks BB&T

BB&T has Saturday hours at several locations now, but I have to look up another website for hours because this is ancient information. Waste of time.

The loan department at this BB&T is horrible! The loan process took over 60 days to close,they waited until the day of closing (and after we had driven 9 hours) to tell us they were denying our loan because they could not count one of my husbands retirement accounts as income. BUT they could do another type of loan and raise our interest rate...hmmm how convenient for them since this was the only option to close our loan on this day!! I would recommend going through a mortgage company not this bank!

All my years banking this has been the worst bank I have had dealt with. employees have deer in the headlight look when ask a question. until they hire a capable workforce I will never use this branch !

I took a check in to cash it. The person in front of me was a bit unhappy about something, but I couldn't tell what and didn't really pay attention, it being not my business. Then when it was my turn the teller asked if I had a BB&T account. I said NO, she said it would be an $8 charge to cash the check or I could open an account. I pointed out that the check was written on BB&T and that I had come out of my way to cash it at the bank it was written from. She responded that it would be an $8 fee unless I opened an account there. I told her to give me back the check and left. Now I know what the guy in front of me was upset about, they were charging him $8 too. So since when does a bank not honor its own checks? Is this a new standard in the "banking" industry? Wow! Now I remember why I moved all my business to the Credit Union.

Due to the customer service at this particular bank, I've chosen to do my banking elsewhere. These guys are terrible!!!!!!!
