I needed 4 scissor lift batteries. They got them in a few days and the price was very good.

I purchased a battery from the store in Florence SC a week ago,and those two men in there weren't friendly at all. The one who waited on me never said thank you. I felt sorry for them in a way because they didn't seem to want to be there. I don't. plan to go there again.

I love batteries plus stores and products , but the Scottsdale store customer service is horrible and not helpful.

I thought the first time I went here they might just be having a bad day because of how rude they were to the customer in front of me and myself. Foolish me to think this was an anomaly, the second visit was ok dropping off a product requiring an overnight visit. The real rude visit was upon picking it up, the OWNER was so rude and would not even greet me. The owner just stared at me like I was bothering him until apparently he was uncomfortable then says " what do you need". So I let that go and retrieve my product at which he hands me and says here. No thank you, no have a nice day nothing. Thanks for proving to me I should use the Internet more and stop supporting a local man and business. I'm the customer who will never be back. I don't want anything from you, I just hope you don't treat all your customers this way, because with your premium pricing and poor service I don't see any reason to come to your store.
