Love the store hate to leave out the store once I get there love smelling all the scents available never leave without buying something

Love this store! Love its product! And Love that each one of the associates I asked for help were Fantastic even though it was near closing on Black Friday! THAT is Fantastic Customer Service!! Great Deals too!!

I recently went into bath and body works on kirkwood highway and dealt with one of THE worst managers there. He would not leave me alone. He kept pushing products on me and was just very disrespectful. I will not be returning because of him.

Yesterday I met such lovely staff at Bath and Body Works at the Colonial Drive location. They are another reason while I will return to shop at Bath and Body. I was particularly impressed with Renae.

This is a fantastic location! I found just what I was looking for, and then some. The Staff was helpful, yet not on your heels as you are trying to shop. They are also very knowledgeable about their product. And are not pushy at all!

I love this little place, so much so, that I'll drive 25 miles out of my way, rather shop at the store, 4 miles South West of me.

My first experience was awesome! We had exceptional service. We were given personalized care & given the up most up to date information on all the products. My friend & I bought several items and we're very pleased with our informed chooses.

I bought the Peace Love & Happiness body spray & love it. If they made a perfume I would buy it! Try it you will love it too!

Semi annual sales of all your favorite bath and body products. I paid $3 for shower gels and lotions that retails for $12 each. That's a bargain!

I love bath and body works because you can get so many different scents and there are male and female options for the whole family.

The previous time I went to this store to return some items and browse the new girl returned the items and didn't give me the choice of my cash back. She instantly gave me in store credit! She said it was because she knew I was goin to shop. I wasn't happy.

I shop here a couple times a year. I always have the same problem, who ever is at the register is always sooooooo slow. Half the problem is they usually only have one register open and the girl behind the counter asks to many questions (phone #, email, coupons, did you get all the sales, do you need what ever they are trying to add on that day) so annoying!!!!

Was disappointed with my experience at this location. When asked staff where I could find the midnight pomegranate line, she said oh that has been discontinued. I did not find any other scent satisfactory . She did not bother to tell me or maybe she was unaware, after seeing my disappointment that it is indeed available on the online store. I feel that she should have extended herself a little more by telling me this.

The store itself is great, but there is a lack of communication between employees to the point where customers ar being turned away with their coupons even though we ask of we could use them before we started shopping. Once it was time to pay , they did not honor their word and could not puts base everything we wanted.

..honestly ALMOST every BBW I go in the ladies are short and politely rude ..yes ..no need for the disgust ..but this location ALL ladies were nice and acted as if they wanted my business. period.

I always find what I want when I shop at B&B Works. Its a good feeling when you walk in the the service you get from the staff is very welcome :)

Finally we are starting to get some good stores in Regina, start saving some money on travelling. Expect west Ed, still a trip.

They have almost everything I want. The workers are so nice and kind. Although, I wish they had other candles and the older-packaging body sprays. I love going here and they are really organized.
