Typical B&R store. Clean, lots of parking.

Loud rap music playing. "Workers" hanging out with friends. Floor filthy. My daughter fell on water and hurt her hip. Not going back.

Came in last night and there was only one young lady working plus they were really busy. We came in and waited 15 minutes which was fine but more people needed to be on staff there.

The ice cream was flavourless and I watched as they took ice cream off the top and melted it than poured it back in the case. So gross. My mother-in-law treated us out for ice cream so I got a small dish and have been sick since. My family as well. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you know they got in some fresh icecream. Who knows how long that stuff has been sitting there?

Every time my family and I crave ice cream we always end up disappointed with this location cause either they dont have the flavors we want or they're out of bananas...hopefully one day this will change

I've been taking my family to this location several times a month for years. This past week, my bill was a little off after ordering ice cream cones, and I found that I was charged extra -- for the CONE! Clerk gave me the manager, who apologized and said it was a new thing instituted by the owner. I left my contact info, and a week later, no call. I contacted corporate HQ, which said they forwarded my info to the owner and should receive a repy: nothing since. Never going back there again!

I have gone to this B-R for many years with my kids, several times a month during the summer. Went today and ordered an ice cream cone for my daughter, and was charged $0.25 extra - FOR THE CONE! I was told the owner decided that people who get a cone and ask for a cup (as I do so as not to get the car dirty) have to now pay for the cone. Dumb business decision on their part! I sure hope enough people object to being nickeled-and-dimed that the owner decides to act more like the family-friendly neighborhood ice cream store they pretend to be.

Always enjoy the smile i get when i go there from a young lady named Jessica always makes for a better day. Just wanted you to know what a sweet young lady you have working for you.

Three out of for times in the last three weeks they have been out of ingredients for peanut butter sundaes. Last night, they were out of jamoca and peanut sundae ingredients. Looks like its brewsters from now on.

I went to this place Sunday the 27th, I stayed in line for almost 30 minutes and this white and Chinese lady ignored us for the whole time and we never get service. Very disappointed.

This store is the worst, the cake decorator is making cake and handling money. Found her hair in my ice cream and almost puked.

I have been going to this Baskin Robbins since my kids were little! Now they have kids of their own! There is nothing better then a cone on a hot summer night. Sitting on a bench outside while trying to finish your cone before it melts down your arm! The ice cream is as wonderful as the memories!

I absolutely LOVE Jamocha Almond Fudge!!!!! When I get the quarts I get them two at a time. MANY times when i go to the Louetta store they are out making not only the trip to that store a wasted trip but then I have to go all the way over to the Willowbrook Mall area to get my craving satisfied. WHY can't you keep it stocked? Maybe you should order MORE since it appears to be popular. I need a store I can depend on. Always running out leaves a bad taste in my mouth (pun intended!). I understand both stores are owned by the same person.

Great service tonight.. Tuesday June 25th at 9:15pm...The girl was so nice and helpful.. What I don't understand is how you can have 1 young girl work all by herself at night in an area that is really creepy. I hope you listen and change this for her sake....

First time in Baskin Robbins today, I was with my son and we were getting ice cream. I was very unsatisfied with the taste of my ice cream so I asked for something else. I even told the young man I would pay the difference. I didn't get my money back nor did I get good ice cream. he just kept saying, "I cant do that." Never even said why. When I left, I was not happy, I was actually pretty upset.

I called the 522 danforth store on 740pm on Tuesday May21, 2013. the woman answered my phone was so rude. cannot believe.

never ever go to this location to place an order for cake unless you want to ruin your mood on such a happy occasion. they are good at making false promise on delivery time.

This is literally the only BR that I go to because I trust the workers 100% even though its small I still love it, keep up the good work

Best place to go after anything really, the people are nice and easy to get along with, they bring their A game to work every single day to not disappoint, they take their job seriously and I appritiate that.

This Baskin Robbins location is closing April 15th 2013. The Starbucks location next door is being remodeled and they are taking the entire building for a totally new coffee shop and drive thru. I have no clue if the Baskin Robbins will go to another location or just shut down. I could care less as its a dirty place and the owner doesn't care.He hires students that couldn't care less about customers.i go to the Snohomish location..

If you looking for a ice cream cake, do not come here. They are not the same size as other Baskin and Robbins and they charge the same price. Ours was pre-ordered and was 1/3 the size of the picture description, and of our previous purchases from other stores. Very disappointed and salesperson did not solve the issue when we pointed it out.

Worst experiance ordering a cake ever. Horrible customer service, very, very rude! And even got everything wrong about the cake.

I had the best experience today talking to Lois on Skibo Road. She had the best customer service skills that I have experienced in the Fayetteville area. I was told different things from different stores that gave me the impression that my business was not important but Lois went the extra mile and I just wanted to say thank you for having someone love their job so much that it reflects how they treat people!

We were overcharged for the same item. When I asked for an explanation I was given an explanation that made sense to the girl working. Won't go back

This is a very clean store with vvery attentive wait staff.

I called, ordered, and paid for a cake through the phone over 24 hours before pickout (policy). The lady over the phone was scoffing as I asked her to repeat my order to make sure the Happy birthday message was correct. She was not helpful, or made an effort to be courteous! As I was getting ready to go pick up the cake the next day, I called to make sure it was ready. ******Not only did it take multiple phone calls to get a hold of someone, the cake was never made! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

please please please carry more than one item that a child with dairy allergies can eat - my granddaughter (5 y.o.) has multiple allergies, including dairy, eggs, wheat, etc. so our choices are severely limited - there are sorbets that are dairy free so please consider carrying at least 2 if not more so she actually has a "choice" - thanks a million for consideration as you have no idea how difficult it is to have a child with these restrictions......
