Very unorganized . Customer service what's that?

All in all a good Bashas, staff is friendly and they are always stocked with fresh produce. I come here at least one every two weeks.

There produce always looks terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. All the produce that I have purchased from here over the past few months goes rotten within three days. There prices are ridiculous, there Deli only sells two kinds of Turkey, nasty slimy processed or Oven roasted for $9 a pound. There store is disorganized and your options are limited. Honestly, the only reason I have shopped here is because it's so close to my house but I try to avoid shopping here as much as possible.

Was in your store shopping at around 5:14 this evening when entering the store saw a sign which read pizza 6.99 so thought I would order one when I talked to a gal hardly any English she said that sale is over and promptly charged regular price this us not good business practice she was not even nice about it man standing behind me was upset could not understand either guess I should have asked for a manager at that point huh? We buy a lot of pizza there and send a lot of people as well this should never have been left in the window when sale is over!!!!!

I looked on your website for the fax number of your pharmacy and it was not there. I called your store before the pharmacy opened and the person I talked to said they did not have the fax number either and to call the pharmacy when it opened. I will do that, but your website needs to put in the pharmacy fax number and it should be on the phone list for employees.

Be sure to really look over your produce from this store. On more than one occasion I have gotten home after shopping at this Basha's and found that my produce is beyond spoiled. Just opened a bag of carrots, popped one in my mouth and had to quickly spit it out. It was oozing mush...not just old, actually rotting..as was 3/4 of the bag. Discusting.

Thank you Starla for going out of your way to make our son his special order cake! We called around to several other area stores and they flat out told us no, but you took the initiative and time to hear us out and follow through and for that we are grateful! The cake was a big hit with everyone at the party and it was really very tasty too!! So we give you 5 stars! I'm sure we will be ordering from you in the future!

I love my Bashas:) Very customer service orientated, clean and friendly. Quality product from the bakery, butcher, deli and produce! Even the little flower station does a great job. Thank You.

Basha's makes a terrific pizza, whether you pick up a pre-made or order one to your preference. Delicious and the price is more than reasonable. The pizza dough is an excellent purchase for those of us who also like to make our own pizza's up on the bbq. Staff is friendly, store is clean & organized with great selection in every department.

I order a special cake every year from this Bashas, and their absolutely Amazing. I get tons of complements and it always reassures me I made a great choice. This store has always met mine and my guests expectations

We arrived in tucson after Hurricane Katrina. This Basha's is one of a group of groceries that we could choose to use. I am very pleased that we chose this Basha's. The individuals at this store are always very helpful and cheerful. The deli will make you a great sandwich. The bakery turns out fresh and quality products every day. Not all groceries are created equal. The Thornydale and Cortaro Basha's is one of the best!
