U should be open longer hours for the working man and woman. The hours of operation indicate 11:30 - 1:30 Totally unaceptable.

Love my bank here in Newmarket. Every time I walk into this branch I feel like I'm a cadet on the Enterprise.

Excellent friendly and positive atmosphere. They could approve on their business hours though.

Very difficult to get information from your branch. Hours aren't posted on line, I try calling in but then there are too many options, and then the wait time to actually speak to someone is too long.

I have been using this branch for 2 years to pay my bills. The bank associate are very professional and always serve me with smile. Good service as always .

Help ! I went on line and used several different entry points for BMO in London in an effort to determine business hours . Could not find anything except " hours may fluctuate " that's just not good enough.

Hours not posted on the info site When phoning branch, no information available, no answer services, no help, phone just rings, and rings, and rings.... Customer service exceptionally lacking for this branch.

This is by far the best bank staff I have experienced in 55 years of banking. The branch manager, Arlene Brock is so experienced and helpful that words can't express the depth of my gratitude for everything she has done for me and my family. She should be promoted to BMO president.

Horrible customer service when you walk out the door, went for a consolidation loan and 3 weeks went by, i had to call every other day however no call back, and the loan officer tried to tell me i did not declare my mortgage, how is this possible when they do a credit check,,anyway horrible i will be closing my account ASAP.

Been here so many times and this bank is closed worst bank hours ever every where else in Canada is has good hours but in corner brook it is a joke

The Sechelt branch's award-winning service, unfortunately, is not matched by adequate hours of service, and the website fails to give information on what those hours are. "Hours may fluctuate" is simply not good enough. Current hours should ALWAYS be part of a functional website.

I have been with BMO for 27 years, primarily serviced by the Spruce Grove location, after moving to Lloydminster and dealing with their inept staff I have since switched. Unable to accomplish the simplest of tasks, poorly trained entry level people in every department (that stink like cigarette smoke).

Staff is always friendly and you can see they enjoy their jobs. The branch manager-Carlos is always smiling and great guy to deal with; hence, why his staff is equally the same! Hands down best BMO branch that I have been to.
