Merchant line is always slow. We can stand in the regular line and get helped faster. What is the whole point of have the merchant line??? Never enough tellers!!!
I been a customer of this bank for years but I don't know why they take so long to assist u if u go inside it take for ever and if u on the drive thru is the same they only have 1 or 2 people helping and u have to wait for long time am thinking on changing to a different bank.
Ive had an account with this bank for the past 6 years I closed it today. They had put a hold on my account saying it was from multiple overdrafts in the last 6 months... ive had 1 and it was due to a "maintenance fee" by the bank. I called customer service and was told thats not the case my money should be in my account within three days. Not the case! I went to the bank to close my account and there was no record of my call to customer service (go figure) needless to say I got my money but the lack of sincerity and concern with losing a client made me glad to take my money elsewhere.

I love bank of America they always make sure your well taken care of. Every time I enter the bank nothing but warm welcoming and great assistance. Love it best bank out.
Tellers rush, put money into wrong accounts and then expect you to pay for their mistakes. Management does not care when you bring the company error to their attention. Be cautious and watch your online statement closely.
This B of A is the worst yet. Every Friday the line in almost to the doors and they only have 3 to 4 tellers working. Yet, I see the manager standing in the back ground talking and laughing with other tellers that should be working. Of course when you say something about the situation they immediately become rude.
this branch will not answer their phone not even for their esculation internal team. no way of getting a hold of them they need to be at a negative star rating
The service is a total joke and the people tend to be downright condescending. I would never use this bank again. Ever.
It is a very reliable and customer friendly bank. I will bank with it for as long as I remain in business.

Bank is alright but has terrible customer service. They gave me inconsiderate and rude service instead of doing their job. Laughing at your client and gossiping about them won't attract more. But there are different locations that provide better service. So, it's alright but not that great.

I found out that all bank of America's in the area have been sold to arvest. Nearest to Mtn home is Springfield or west plains, mo.

I'm really not pleased with this bank. Most of the staff are friendly, but there a few people working here that should never be allowed to deal with the public. The manager seriously needs a reality check and courses on how to treat people. The service is always slow, and the staff don't seem to know much about the bank, its procedures, or how to count. There is even a fee for cashing checks if you don't hold an account with them. What a rip off. I'm not a fan of the other local bank either, but I'd rather go anywhere but here.
A normal bank. Sometimes there are lines and other times it moves really quickly. They have great customer service and a clean environment.
Never have enough people working. This is the worst branch I have been to but unfortunately the closest to home.
The ATM outside of the front door took $283 from me. It froze up and cancelled my transaction. It did not complete the transaction.

I recently went in to the bank to withdraw some money, apparently more than I am allowed at the ATM. I recently moved to California, and I can honestly say, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile & the teller was very friendly, fast, & efficient. The only thing I would have preferred is, drive up banking since it was a little rainy that day.
Not good at answering the phone
I went to make a cash deposit for my put of state grand daughter, the teller was so rude it was ridiculous. I had considered opening an account at BOA because of needing to send kids and grandkids gifts. After today.....no thanks, I will stay with Region's....they offer great customer service. Also, overheard the teller to my left being rude to another customer. Watch out BOA....we the consumers have choices.
Ok so you don't post branch hours but youbdonprovide a toll free number, so nice of you. Thank you, however, when I call this number I realize that I don't have an acct so I can't get someone or something to tell what time does the friggin bank close??
04.20.13 - Despite the title offering to display the operating hours for BofA, there was absolutely NO information about their operating hours - very poor website to claim one thing and not offer it.....
I went to the bank on a cold snowy day the streets were cleaned already all the tellers were in the bank myself and another two people were standing outside waiting for them to open for ten min till one of the employees laughing pointed to the side door which no customers use I had I walk around te building to find out the bank was opening later it took them tem minutes to bother with us and let us kw horrible experience this is why I don't use the tellers and only the ATM it's always long waits and rude people
I contacted the numbers here and at the main branch and could get no answer and tried for several hours. I contacted the other numbers for the bank and they could not get ahold of the bank how safe is your money
I think everyone should bank here. Everyone is nice and actually knows how to deliver great service and expertise. Whatever you need, they can do it. I recommend the service to everyone.
I highly recommend Hewitt BoA...the staff and management are fast, friendly and very courteous. I always received a warm welcome and great customer care. I hope this is helpful!
Amazing customer service
Deposited a check from the insurance company signed by myself, wife and contractor. Get a call back from bank after deposit that we have to get a verification stamp from contractor's bank to verify his identity.
Due to amount, bank manager decided after the fact, that we would have to jump through this hoop so we can deposit the money in our account. Very poor, poor, poor customer service and attitude by the bank manager.
This bank has a type of account for everyone. People are all friendly and helpful.
My elderly parents went to this branch of Bank of America, where we bank, and were unable to get a document notarized because the teller told then they need to have two witnesses. But the notary IS the official witness to the signature. Obviously a misinformed associate. Anyway, a few days alter my parents went back and asked for a manager. He quickly and kindly tended to the notarization and all were happy. It would be good for someone to better inform the associates as to what a notarization actually IS. This branch has always been pleasant to deal with, and this incident was really unnecessary, but we remember the many other good responses.
Very efficient staff works hard and works hard to please customers. Excellent location.
This is by far the worst bank experience. Every time I come in it gets worse and worse. The lines are always too long and the tellers are so rude. It amazes me how some of these people are even allowed to work. They are so rude. Management there is a joke.
I have never been here and had a line of under twenty minutes. The manager is incompetent and the staff works at an unbearably slow pace.
Without a close second the most poorly run BofA branch in SoCal.
Such a shame that they're closing this branch in Nevada, MO. They are consistently helpful and pleasant, with the tellers recognizing me and calling me by name when I show up to do business. It's always a pleasure to go to the bank and have it be so personal. The bank manager is very pleasant and helpful as well, often coming up to me and giving me information that she knows I will find useful. Many thanks to all who work there for their help!
