Tomorrow is Friday, and BabiesRUs always have a sale around the weekends. I'm going to go there to see if some people get a whole U-boat full of formula and some people get nothing. Why can't they just share the formula? Why does the store manager let something like this happen?
Every time I go here, I see people who have whole U-boats of formula, and I see people who can't get any formula at all because there is none left or something under the table?????????
Had a great experience with the registry.
This morning at about 11 a.m., my wife and I went to get Similac Advance Formula, 23.2 oz. We got 6 cans, and we gave the cashier 2 vendor coupons, each $2 off. However, the cashier told us that we can only use 1 coupon. At the register next to us, an asian customer was using about a handful of coupons for his cart full of Similac formula. IS THIS RIGHT? I feel that this is racial discrimination. I am an African American.

The store manager keep the baby formula for certain "loyal" customers. These formulas are NOT available for the regular day to day customers, therefore, they profit from these loyal customers. I went there yesterday, and asked for the baby formula. They told they didn't have any left. However, before I left, I saw them give a U-boat full of the baby formula that I was asking for, to these specific customers. This is not a wholesale store, so why would they treat these customers specially. Maybe the manager on duty accepted somethings from these customers, like a bribe????
My fiancé and I came in to look at different things cause we been thinking about having a baby and everyone was super nice and help full
I went in to this store yesterday to get a gift from a registry. My husband and I tried to get the registry kiosk to work and it would not. I turned around to see 3 employees all standing around the register looking at us. So I stood at the registry desk and he stood at the kiosk. No one ever tried to help us. Finally I caught an employee walking on the floor and she said "it"s broken". We left and bought a gift elsewhere. Is this really how you treat your customers?
