Sales personnel are very kind, patient and very helpful. I love shopping there !

I was calling Avenue to see what possible deals they were offering at the time. When I finally got someone on the other end the lady was unresponsive and didn't fully understand what I wanted. I repeated that I wanted to see what types of deals they were offering at the time. Anything special, big deals and clearances were what I was mostly interested in. The lady responded in an uninterested tone, talked too fast and ultimately wasn't that helpful. I was looking into going to the store, but if the costumer service over the phone wasn't that great I don't anticipate it to be worth while at the location.

i called the store to find out the hours after hours, and the phone just rang, and rang and rang, instead of picking up and giving you information. extremely dissatisfied!

Came to this store hoping to exchange or return and item I bought online and all I recieved were rude and snooty employees who couldn't be bothered to hear me out or help me in ANY manner, but my 10 year old son saw that they were LAUGHING at me as we left....I hope they get fired for the complaint I have filed with the company!!!
