Worst experience EVER! Went in for a touch up of carmel brown highlights/glaze. They over bleached, then tried unsuccessfully to fix it twice. I left with dark brown/ black streaky hair. Then, the owner said she would call the cops if I didn't pay for the color!!!
I have been to several Aveda salons, but this one isnot the one to use! I had to make two appointments in order to get a hair cut and color. The hair cut was not.what I ask for, but not bad. I went in for color, the girl gave.me the color and then let.me set while she begain to have someone work on her hair. When I ask when she was going to finish me, she told me she wasnoff.the.clock.It seems to me that I'm the customer setting there wet, and not styled. I was not a happy camper, and will not go back to this Crestwood location.
This salon was bad before it changed hands and even worse now. Save yourself the time and money and go to a real salon. This place is a PURE JOKE!!!!!

I've been going to Premiere of a while now and every time I go I find something or someone who makes me love it even more. From the kind, knowledgeable staff, to the stylists, to the massage therapist and ecstatician - everyone there is like a family. Go there and be welcomed, leave there is a great look and a smile.
I thank Kerry for doing my hair she is amazing with haircutseven though this is my first at this salon. she will forvever have my business. my haircut is great and she gave me what I wanted, and thanks to all at front desk you made me feel so welcomed into your salon. you will definitly see me around alot. Im not a coupon person but the $69. for $195. cut, highlight & condition was too good to pass up.. I had been wanting a new Aveda salon and stylist and this ended up being a perfect fit. Adam gave me the best haircut and highlights I've had in years. I'm 48, my hair looks as good as it did in my 20's. I love the neighborhood and the vibe of the salon. I had no trouble getting a noon appointment on a Thursday. Thank you to the nice young lady at reception for looking up my pure privilege #.

Called and got hung up on several times. The first time I called I asked if it was an AVEDA salon then they hung up. The second time I called they picked up then hung up again. I called once more and asked if there was something wrong with their phone line and she proceeded to ignore my question I asked if this was a professional business since there was a lack of professionalism over the phone. She asked why I was asking so many questions. Simply I said because I was looking to be a future customer but not anymore. That's ridiculous! Coming from michigan I never encountered anything like that ever.
5 of the last 7 trips to this store, the most basic items were not in stock. Coming in any day same old response. It's a good 40 minutes away. I won't be back. Will try online or stock up when traveling.
