Employees are rude and unpleasant. I get attitude everytime im in there. I never get asked if i have a rewards card either which is annoying....

they suck. they refused to return battery i bought from them. i file claim with my american express charge card. what a awful service. will never shop there again. never.
I went in just to buy a barrtey for my car there was a long line about 20 people waiting while the cashiers were just messing around in the back not helping at all they were so rude I can't even begin to tell everyone. Please stay away from this auto zone !!!!!!!!!

Car was broken down passing thru Scranton and they delivered a battery and alternater to the road I was on and helped me install it then refused any form of payment and said "this is what we do at autozone,we put our customers first"Wow I will never go anywhere else
Although Autozone is all over the country, in dealing with this store and thier staff has been an exceptional pleasure, they provide the extra effort to solve your issues. Since I have moved here they have always been super to deal with
There was a tall white male who was very helpful to me with anything I needed he was also very handsome. I am definitely satisfied with the customer service at auto zone because of him and wish he could satisfy me more then in just customer service.
I know autozone is understaffed I don't mind waiting however I find it very aggravating after waiting for 10 minutes to be bump behind somebody that is the friend of the cashier or because he's helping out his Latino brother that's b******* spend a lot of money with you people I truly despise having to go to O'Reilly

went in for a simple task...buying a in cabin air filter for my car...all these idiot counter jockeys had to do was look on their computer ad get me the right one and they failed! they gave me the wrong filter,,,went to oreileys and had no problems.
these guys are great. they know what there talking about and are really helpful.

My boyfriend and I were having car problems we knew that it was the altinator. We waited until the last minute to replace it so we basicaly broke down in the parking lot at auto zone. The customer service was wonderful I wish I had wrote the mans name down but I know he was the manager well he helped my boyfriend from begining to end. After testing the altinator, he helped get the altinator changed out on our car and he even charged our battery while they were working on the car. We had no tools with us they let us borrow tools and everything. I was just so thankful for all of the help and I hope he knows how much we appreciate it. Also like my boyfriend and I were talking later what took him half an hour to do it would of taken him by himself at least a couple of hours if not longer.
Grate service for years
There are no hours of operation posted and that is what I am searching for. The Internet is becoming a waiste of time now.

I've been coming to this AutoZone on Hwy 70 in Garner since I moved here in 2012. The guys here with their superior knowledge have given me more help then what I could expect any auto parts store to do. There memories with knowing about both my car & truck and the problems I've had with both. Any time I've called up they have taken the time to help me and walk me through the issue at hand. Because of this they have won my loyalty! I will be moving to Princeton in July and when in town will still stop by and when needed get my parts from here. A man named Logan went out of his way to help me change my serpentine belt after I had left pain management and could not do it on my own. Stephanie help me greatly by reading my codes and getting my stuff very quickly she was very nice. and Cindy even though she did not half to allow Logan to do this for me went out of her way to allow him to do it. these are all very nice and great people do you have working for you. I went back today and got more stuff from you just because of these workers. my opinion they all deserve a raise for the great help and customer satisfaction!!! thank you all.
I highly recommend this store, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Matt the manager has put together a professional crew. If you go there look for Brian or Terry they will bend over backward to help you figure out your problem at a reasonable price. They will become creative if need be to get you up and running if they do not have the part you need in stock. When you have to order item them rush it in for you, they do this because they enjoy helping you do your project.
I went here and bought some parts for my sisters ford and yeah they give me the wrong parts but it can happen anywhere you go...but when i took the parts back they where very nice and gave me a 10% discount so i just want to say thankyou autozone...im in the zone...lol...

The managers are horrible!!! The reason I ask for help is because I'm not a car expert and when I ask the managers for help they make me look like a retard... I can't drive to other stores cuz we only have one car and I hate going here but I have no choice... PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT
Autozone closes on 6:00pm on sundays, called 5:45pm asked abt nutral safty switch, was told $18. Told them would be right over. Got there 5:54 and doors were locked and clerk sweeping said they were closed.
I've gone to this store numerous times and was very please with the help. One time I had gotten my car jumped just to get it there and they changed the battery and exchanged it and prorated it so I walked away paying $4.00. It pays to get the warranty in the battery it made life so simple, and I had been prepared to change my own battery. Very pleasant experience.
the employees in the Bateburg-Leesville store always do a good job of helping me find the right part.
9 days & 4 messages... Thats how long its been since i was to recieve my core charge refund. No refund & no reply as of yet. Pretty ridiculous.
When my brother went to check out and waved at lady that he was ready she was confrontational remarking " what you doing that for and I Said what customer service is that she reclaimed what's is with you I squid your attitude then.she followed me.all the way out side never going to any autozone ever again
Customer service sucks I got there late actually 1 minute and the associate said where closed I told him I needed starter fluid that's it so I went too Advanced Auto they was closed too but they still sold starter fluid I'm taking my business to Advanced Auto for now on ! Buy the way I had to put A star which they don't deserve

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It says right on their front door that they give "Advice," but the woman I spoke to was unwilling to help me whatsoever and was incredibly rude. Avoid going to this store if possible.

After failed tries with other auto stores, I called Auto Zone on Bay street and got in touch with an Angel and her name is Ashley. She was so patient and willing to answer my many questions. When I went to the store both she and Danny helped to fix the problem and I had a safe ride home. Many Thanks to both of them.

I've been to Autozones before and have been happy with the service and products (why I keep going back) but this one stood out particularly. I came to Autozone a few weeks back with my car being finicky and ended up having a dead battery. A man named Chris helped me not only figure out what battery I needed but came out in the cold to replace the battery and gave me his personal diagnosis, after a horrible week that I'd been through including a break-in and moving! Whoever employs this man, I just want to let you know you've hired an excellent worker and he needs a raise or a hefty bonus!!! He was cautious and careful with my car as well as sensitive to what I had been through and how tired I was at this point.
I went to autozone having issues with my car - I spoke with Jonathan who was a manager at the time, and he scanned my car with the OBD scanner. After locating and explaining the code to me, he went above and beyond to fix the situation. It ended up being a large vacuum leak from the PCV valve, and since he didn't have it in stock and couldn't find it in Tyler, he repaired the leak temporarily with a hose and fitting he crafted with about $3 worth of parts, and ordered the proper replacement valve and elbow for me.
The car ran fantastically until the new part came in, Jonathan called me a few days later, and had me come up to the store. He even installed the part for free, and made sure the car ran well afterwards.
Absolutely stellar customer service, the Autozone on beckham is the only one I will be going to from now on.

I have previously had a good relationship with autozone however in this occasion I was disappointed with the level of service. The engine light of my camry came on and so I went to autozone for the free reading, the guy that went to do the reading was completely uninterested in my problem, I got the impression that I was a inconvenience to him, he did the reading and then presented me with the print out with no explanation as to what I should do next and no real offer of possible solutions. As far as he was concerned his job was done and I could sense his irritation as I pushed for a plan of action. I left autozone non the wiser with a print out that I don't really understand and no idea what I should do next.
I may well go back to autozone but I will avoid that lazy apathetic joke of a service provider at all costs
I'd like to Take a moment and explain how amazing my experience was at AutoZone. I was having a horrible night and needed to leave town. My headlight was out and it was literally three minutes before they closed. I went ahead and called and Gaby answered the phone she was so sweet and waited for me to come!!! I assumed one of the gentleman there would assist me but not only did she Help me find the piece.... She replaced it herself! Girl power!!!
I have been in the banking industry for 10 years now and I definitely recognize great customer service when I see it. And it's very rarely seen anymore in any work place. I hope her excellent customer service will be commended.
