I've been to other at&t locations but I only go to this location from now on and recommend everyone to go there. They are quick and professional. I also like that this store is bi-lingual, my mom and dad can go there too and have all there questions answered and problems fixed. Great AT&T location, the company is represented well at 160 adams ave.
Of all the AT&T stores in the area, this is the worst I've been to: grouchy, unhelpful staff.
The people in the Old Saybrook and Westerly stores are much nicer and much more helpful.
Got an upgrade from them, they set everything up for me and were very pleasant to deal with.
Very aggressive salesman, then I went to buy an otterbox and was told I would have to pay a 25% return fee!! What?? Ten dollars five minutes later? That's crazy!! I went and bought it at Walmart of course, no restocking fee and no bloodhounds posing as employees.

Walked into this store and had a wonderful sales person greet me right away and made me feel welcomed. She upgraded me into a new phone and I love it! She was not pushy with the sale and explained all the different features to every phone they had. Would recommend this AT&T store to anyone!
I was traveling to Branson from Texas. I had just got a new lg phone and had totally messed up setting voicemail. I could not get a call or make a call. Tammy fixed it for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Came to this store when it was under other management and worst experience in the world, New management is 10 times better all employees are very knowledgeable and the manage Duvalle or Dee is amazing he makes sure he can help with anything and everything. while i was in the store he helped a older woman with a Verizon phone, so these people are really amazing.

Upgraded my family plan through att corporate i,this is the smart phone data family mobile one.With this certain plan you get the apple I phone for.99cents. The customer service rep said I could pick these phones up at my local LaGrange Store,by me doing this would save me shipping costs.Once I explained to the counter clerk I had everything set up through corporate,I guess he then realized he wasn't going to make much commission on me and he became very short and rude towards me.I finally came to my senses and told the clerk I would finish this transaction with Corperate and stormed out.Buyer Beware at these franchise stores!

This store is the most poorly equipped store I have seen . They have only a handful of items to choose from. The service is less than it should be also.I went in the other evening for some assistance and was told to come back when someone more experienced could help me. Why did they leave someone in charge that could not help anyone?And finally I have tried to reach this store today twice during business hours and they did not answer the phone...What kind of customer service is this?
I went in to buy a charger today and they gave me a defected one ! It doesn't charge! And other AT&T can't exchange it! Don't ever go there!

It took 30 minutes to be helped to add minutes to my prepaid phone with two other people in the store then when I was finally helped neither of the employeea were able to simply add minutes to a prepaid phone. So we had to wait for a manager to set that up. On another occasion, 5 minutes prior to closing I walked in and asked if I could add minutes to my phone and the lady said they were already closed. It only takes a minute to add minutes but they didn't want to help me. Overall I rate this location a a Zero. Horrible service, not knowledgable, no people skills. I would recommend going out of your way to find a different location. Very unsatisfied with every aspect of this store.

Following six years of paying contract rates with two different cellphones from this shop, I got a far better deal from T-Mobile. I asked this provider to match the T-Mobile deal but this was denied and I made the business decision.
This store has the worst customer service ever.
Inside my 14 days of contract and they lied to my about policy on returning iPhones. Now a day outside of 14 days I find out about the lie and they will do nothing to help. Again worst place ever
I just called and spoke with Nick at this store and told him that I was eligible for an upgrade either Thursday or Friday and which phone and accessory I wanted. He was kind enough to double check when I am eligible for the upgrade AND he's putting the phone and accessory on hold for me until Friday! What customer service!

This store has a very slow system of service. The management of this store is poor. They let the people wait too long. Salesmen take too much time socializing with customers.

This store sucks i returned a phone after having it nine days and they won't cancel my contract. You have a 14 day return policy but hey that is want lawyers are for.
Went in to the store there were 5 associates,one was wearing headphones and looked busy. The others had customers,so I stood in line behind a customer. There was a woman standing behind the associate that I was waiting for.i don't know if she was a trainee or a manager. She was looking at her cell phone for a long time,then she answered the company phone and helped the person. I'm waiting and waiting, finally 7 minutes later she asks me what I need help with. She takes me over to the associate that had the earphones on ,and he finally helps me.

let me tell you how awesome this place is. first I have to thank, the whole crew there because everyone of them stepped up to help me. I have 3 kids and you can imagine how hard it is to talk to a sales person and keep the kids calm, well no problem for these guys. Not only were they nice to the kids, i had 3 people helping me. One set up my emails (i love it) one brought my kids a balloon....and one talked to my husband on the phone to explain everything to him! the best place in town!!
This ATT store is the worst for after-care customer service. My brand new phone was defective, ATT Technical Support advised to have the phone replaced as they determined that it was defective. This branch refused and refused with attitude. Our entire office used this branch to replace their phone service, we will not indulge them again.
I got my att home phone for only $20 bucks.I forgot those sales names but they were nice.
Bought a new iphone 5 there today .... They set it up .. Leave the store and notice there is discoloration on the screen display.... Call right away and they tell me there is nothing they can do .... Really terrible way to do business....

The people at this store NEVER answer the phone. I don't mind driving across town to do business. But, when I want to make sure they can provide a product or service before I drive across town I expect someone knowledgeable to answer the phone.
I arrived with a simple request and to make a purchase after looking for a representative to help me. Once I found one who said they would add my name to the list and it was running 30 minutes. The store is full, there is limited seating for only 4 people. 7 people working but my name is not moving up the list. A supervisor type keeps looking a the crowd! So very inefficient. Someone help me please!!! I just want to pay for one thing and ask a question!!! Staff keeps walking around help us!! Need people who want to work here!
If you have a problem with your phone or service, they will not take of it here . Stick with the corporate stores because that where they'll send you anyways

I took a new iPhone 5, along with my iPhone 4, to this location to be activated. I am a previous customer—they were SO HELPFUL that day. This time, not so much. I had spent an hour at home in iTunes trying to get everything moved to new phone, activated, etc, without much luck.
As the guy was typing on the computer he says "I don't know why I'm helping you since you didn't buy your phone here."
The rep was helpful. We got our phones for cheap. they gave us free accessories too. It helps us save a lot of money. One thing the address should be south.
Today I visited the AT&T store in Camden, Ar. As I pulled into the parking lot the store employee was outside smoking so as I entered the store the employee had to put out her cigarette and follow me inside. I’m not sure if my interrupting her cigarette break had anything to do with why she was so ugly toward me. Anyway I came into the store to try and figure out what plans were available and to ask a few questions. As I was talking with her she was totally annoyed by my questions and being very short with me. I tried to put this aside because I was really interested in buying the iphone5 and possibly a plan to go along with it. So as my questions continued she became more and more rude toward me. Then I asked her if I was on the straight talk plan if I could buy the iphone5 and have it unlocked for me to use on that plan. This must have really annoyed her because after that she went from rude to just plain mean to me. She basically called me stupid for asking that question and said that was illegal and that there is no AT&T store in the world that would do that for me. I said that is fine and I had heard that from someone else. She promptly responded that it was most certainly not an AT&T store who told me that. I told her I heard this from Wal - Mart and she rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. By this time I was upset and there was no way I was going to buy anything from this lady. I came into this store just looking for some information and I was possibly going to sign up with AT&T. After this experience there is no way that is going to happen. I have never reported anyone for being rude to me but this lady was just the worst. I hope for the sake of the store that she is let go. I will never go back while she is employed there. I do not know her name but she was the only employee working on 1/2/13 at about 5:30 PM.

Went into this location to get my telephone serviced. Its under warranty and I had purchased it just three months prior. They lady tried to turn it on, that's it, nothing more, and told me to contact warranty. When I asked about a phone in the mean time she said, "You'll have to buy one." Once I said I wasn't going to purchase another one, I wanted mine fixed or warrantied, so wrote down the warranty deparptment number and pushed me out the door.
Excellent price and customer service at this AT&T store on Franklin Street in Boise. Whew, AT&T really knows how to select outstanding represantatives! Everything about this Galaxy S3 purchase is wonderful.

I was there for 30 minutes and was completely ignored. Oh, wait- not completely. The sales reps would look at me occasionally and turn right back around.
I absolutely love this location. I'm always greeted in a timely matter I'm always treated like a human being. EVERYONE is so polite and knowledgable. I drive a 16 miles just to come to this location. I'm always updated with the newiest technology and I'm always walked to the door. I LOVE THIS STORE. Amazing staff and management :) they get ***** 5 stars.

Bad experience. Store wouldn't replace defective phone I purchased, though within 30 days. Had to pay insurance deductible ($200) to get refurbished phone. So $400 later and I have a used phone that's still glitchy. Ugh!
I really appreciate the employees at this location. They where able to help my Mother, who is not up to speed with electronics, to get her phone working again. Very helpful staff.. Thanks.. NOTE: Everytime I walk into that location there would be at lease one employee asking if I need help.. :)
I , being somewhat technically challenged , went into the A T&T store ask for assistance. the young man, named Josh, greeted me with a smile and took my phone . In a few minutes he had my "sim" card changed and proceeded to add my contacts . He was quick and efficient and then showed me all the features on my phone. after answering all my questions he also said "I'll be here until 6 pm if you have any more questions..I was totally pleased with the sevice this young man provided.

Store manager was excellent in answering my questions. He was very professional, friendly and concise. The store manager represented and upheld the wonderful reputation of AT&T. He is a wonderful example and model of AT&T as a whole! The staff was professional, they looked great and they were very knowledgeable of the products.

I have been sent to the AT&T store in Escondido by the Enterprise Mobility Customer care to unlock my cell. I had the instruction and code but the store manager did not want to try unlocking it. Very poor service

I would give no stars. First and last time in this store. I entered the store to pay my bill, there were 2 persons working and 2 prior customers being helped. One was on the phone and the other was transferring data from one phone to another. I stood there for 20 mins and wasn't looked at, or talked to. I was invisible to them. No Welcome to AT&T, No I'll be with you in a moment. Nothing. I didn't have any more time to just stand there so I walked out. I WILL NEVER BE THERE AGAIN. IF THIS TURNS OUT TO BE THE ONLY STORE IN THE WICHITA-DERBY-HAYSVILLE AREA, I WILL COLSE MY ATT ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE HAD FOR 15 YEARS AND GO TO ANOTHER WIRELESS CARRIER! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY BY AN ATT STORE AND I CALLED ATT AND TOLD THEM SO.

I have used this ATT company store since I got my first IPhone three and a half years ago. I have four phones on my account and have had numerous dealings with them. I have never had a problem upgrading, transferring data, getting new phones, replacing phones or even getting a CellTower for my home. Everyone there is competent and it has a great friendly atmosphere. I commend them.
I went to this store and it had to be one of the most unprofessional stores I have ever been at. When I arrived there was a line of people waiting but one of the associates was outside talking to a man in a truck instead of coming in to help the other associate. When I requested to speak to the manager the girl outside was the manager. Needless to say we did not give AT&T our business because we spoke to the manager she was the most unprofessional, rude, lady I have ever spoken with. AT&T should really look into making sure this store is run correctly so they don't lose more potential customers!
