The team was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I have never had to go else where for assistance. The are very speedy as well as keeping up with there excellent service. I would for sure recommend them to anyone that needs any type of assistance with AT&T.

I went to this AT&T in hopes of trading a phone in for my son because he wanted an upgraded version of the Samsung Galaxy. The staff was great, eager to help and quick with the service. Definitely recommend this store for service on your cell phone needs.
I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism in my recent experience at this location. I went in, switching from a different company, wanting an iPhone. On my first visit we spent over 2 hours in there listening to how great androids were and trying to transfer the lines. They did nothing but tell me how wrong my decision was and how I would regret it. When I returned a week later, they once again began attacking my iPhone decision and did not transfer my contacts prior to wiping my old phone clean. I LOVE my new iPhone and the cell service is much better, but I will not be returning to this location.
I was treated with such friendly respect. They were not pushy and didn't make me feel stupid. So I trusted the reps suggestions after he found out from me what my needs were. I LOVE my new Galaxy s4!! Five stars!
I can't remember the last time I've been so upset over something as simple as trying to purchase a phone. The manager lied and cheated and screwed up our whole family account and now I have to go to corporate store to try and straighten it out. BEWARE! All this manager in concerned with is to upsale overpriced accessories for his own financial gain.
Shabash is a great guy, he always looks to help. I am thoroughly satisfied after buying three phones from him. He's easy to work with and makes the customer feel comfortable buying merchandise from him. I highly recommend this store.
Please disregard my prior review. My last two trips to this store over the last 18 months have ended in nightmares, added expense and required me to deal with total incompetents. They managed to remotely trash one family member's phone, requiring her to come to the store, reactivated a stolen phone, killed my phone (business) and mis assigned my number to another phone. This required an additional trip to the store. All in all, NOT GOOD. The early cancellation fee is looking like a bargain.
This store is not an AT&T corporate store and therefore misrepresents itself. They use strong arm sales tactics on the elderly, forcing or try forcing them to buy thing they do not need.They do not inform customers that phones cannot be returned in the 14 day policy AT&T without paying a restocking fee of $35 dollars. I strongly recommend you to not go to this store. Call AT&T and ask for corporate locations.I would give this store a zero, but the program will not allow that, so I had to give it a one.
I went to get a new SIMS card. Not only did I wait for over an hour for my turn (with 4 children) but then they directed me to a phone to activate the card. I was on the phone with India for another 45 minutes & finally had to put a store associate on the phone. A huge waste of my time.
The long standing stain on the carpet right smack dab in the middle of the show room should have been a clear sign of the treatment customers should expect. The sales person I was working with high five'ed the annoying LG sales rep when he "sold" two IME numbers to another store. Then they talked about making top charts for sales that day! I also could not get it through that LG sales lady's head that I did not want a tablet sized phone to hold up next to my head for a phone. My wife and I left this store with such a hatred for AT&T than ever before that I'll never be an AT&T wireless customer again. This is the 3rd store that we have received this loyal customer treatment to.
Personnel at this store are very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Today I came in to the store 30 minutes before store closing and the front desk attendant completely ignored me because she was counting money, she did not even looked at me. When I asked for help and information she said they were about to close. I will never go back to that store and I will never recommend it.
This ATT location use to have impeccable service. Not anymore. Very poor customer service. Blonde female employee was so rude and unfriendly. Felt like she was purposely being difficult by not helping me or trying to answer my questions. Just stood there staring at me like I was bothering her. I had to keep asking questions to get her to help me. I got nothing resolved. She told me I needed to contact Otterbox. Otterbox says I need to return to ATT. It's obvious she was passing the buck. I want to terminate my contract with ATT. I am not buying anything else in there.
I waited for an available sales person and as they finished with the customer they were helping the sales help would leave. Waited thirty minutes and never received sales service. I have been a long time AT&T customer and I am now looking for a differant company who cares about my business. When your sales people are all busy your manager needs to roll up his white sleeves and go to work. SOOOOO LONG ATT
Stuff unhelpful. Only thing they want is your money. I called AT&T and they send me to store. It's express store ! So the sign states. I needed to activate iPhone 5 they told me that its $25 for new one. When I was on call AT&T operator told me its free in AT&T store. AT&T 1214 Iyannough Rd., Hyannis, MA They cheated me of $53. First the salesman said that my iPhone would transfer to their service then charged me $53 then said the iPhone would not work. After that they refused to refund the money. Please do NOT go there - they will find the way to cheat you too.

My girlfriend and I encountered an unusual situation with her phone. The situation obviously didn't seem as if though it would or could be resolved. Devon did a great job researching our concern and even involving his manager Kennedy,who was also very concerned and involved in the solution. Store does not stand behind their sales. Refused to replace a Ipad Mini less than 48 hours after the sale. They expected the customer to keep the defective product or pay 10 percent restocking fee. Do you want to take the chance? Go to another provider or better yet don't use AT&T at All!!!
The lady that helped us today to buy a I phone 5 was very good. She gets a 5 star, but not having someone to answer the phone at the store gets a 1 star!
I have a question on charging the phone, as the plug to the phone is very loose, could not get anyone to answer the phone when I called or help, do I need a new plug?
The team there is amazing. They are the best kept secret in Springfield. Nobody even realizes their corporate so you get all of the best service from a store without the wait times.

Absolutely horrible. Everytime I go in there the wait time is forever and when you finally get someone they show the worst attitude possible. I would recommend going to Best Buy Mobile in the mall as they are much more considerate of your time and satisfaction.
This store is great! If you need your phone fixed or replaced they can do it on the spot and dont make you wait to mail one out and they are much more helpful than calling into AT&T. I would definitely recommend bringing your device in if you are having problems.
Called to get a SIM number to activate a number via the Premier site and was given the WORST run-around ive ever heard someone make up.. needless to say i told him off and eventually got what i initially called for.. bunch of clowns
I have been trying to get a phone moved from my old house to my new house now since April 2013, it is now June 11 and still no phone. Gosh, I have been a ATT customer all my life except when I was stationed overseas and never thought it would be that difficult for ATT to move a phone line. This is pretty sad.
Seems like this is the way they do things. I called because of a HORRIBLE billing mistake on their part, the person BEGRUDGINGLY offered to "help" by putting me on hold until they after they closed. I am no longer an AT&T customer, but avoid THIS store like the plague. There are better locations, give a private reseller the business, or better yet, go with T-Mobile.

Not the closest shop to my house. I drive down to this location because they have friendly knowledgeable staff that get me out faster than the other shops in town.
Everyone is always busy in the store so your on hold forever. I just gave up and hung up after five min.
We have received the very worst service from this store. Certainly not helpful, quite intend on selling an upgrade as opposed to trying to understand a customer problem. As a result, we lost our eligibility for an upgrade and the promise of a new phone solving the problem were not fulfilled. Of course, once the sales was made it became irreversible, do in part to AT&T's policies. Convenient place to put the blame. Not we are stuck with a phone we didn't want. The service problem still exists, despite their promises. Apparently AT&T has a problem upgrading their towers and keeping their system maintained in a way to service their customers with quality service.

The store ,manager and several employees are rude and have an I don't care attitude. One employee snatch my phone out of my hands while I was talking to someone and told them to shut the hell up so she could work. Another employee took my phone and told me they were not going upgrade me to my new phone because the manager does not like me. AT&T has really gone done hill.
I recently went to the new AT&T store location on page avenue in Staten Island. Mike helped me and he was amazing! Really helped me resolve issues. He has excellent customer service experience and I will be doing business there again.
Recently, I got an Iphone and the gentlemen by the name of Brandon was super nice in helping set my up and explaining how it worked. Thank you Brandon, you were a great help to me.
I went by the store in Yucaipa and the store was closed. There was a sign on the door "be back in 30". I waited over an hour. I will not do business with AT&T.

It took 3 visits and 4hours to get my money back from a second landline acct that att added to my bundle when i called to find out why their installer failed to make the appt at my home on a day that i had to take off from work. 3 months of stress and confusion followed from this stores inability to correct the mistake 3 visits ago....WOW! I pay i never have to return.....

I just want to say that my experience with Ninna was wonderful. We went in on Sunday for a family upgrade, and on Tuesday, the deal we wanted was already over. She was great about it, and still gave us some money off on our trade in, and was very kind. I would recommend this store and Ninna's wonderful service to anyone.
Went to this location to purchase a phone. Well ended up they changed my service plan and added me a 2nd line which I never asked for. All they tried to do is rush me through to make a sale. Very bad customer service. The manager here seems to not care about the customers. 2nd time I came back he never asked what my problem was or tried to help me. People please Never Ever go to this location.
I went to this store last year around October. I needed a new phone and I wanted to renew my contract with AT&T. I had the worst experience there. The guy who works at this store offered me a phone which right now doesn't work anymore. I just found out that he has sold me a used phone!!! Of course, I purchased it as new. At that time, he also told me he would do the rebate for me and I would receive the rebate money back in my first payment. Didn't happen! I called several times, until he told me to go to the store only to tell me that he will do it later and me going there was a waste of time. I did tell him that I didn't like this experience and that I would call AT&T (although he said they do not work today! what a lier)... Bottom point is, I would never go to that AT&T store again and I would advice anyone to NOT go there.

Normally I HATE entering an ATT store. I've occasionally had phone problem (iPhone lost all contacts on a trip and neither three ATT stores nor three trips to Apple store could help - did talk ATT on pone to letting me get Galaxy 4 months early (big deal). But Nick, an 18 year old teen who works Sunday afternoons is the most polite and helpful person I have ever run across.. He gets hourly plus commission and I bought accessories I could have got cheaper on line just because he is so good. He can set your phone up like you like it with helpful shortcuts..

I sold my iphone back to this store and used that money towards an upgrade. the next day (less than 24 hours later), I had changed my mind but they would not give me my phone back or even the money for the phone I sold them. Seems somewhat illegal

No one could help me get my pictures from my old phone onto my new one. After being there over an hour, they told me to just email them to myself. Wth?!? I am extremely disappointed, and will never go back to that store.
Very disappointed in the AT&T Lexington store at 114 Townes Center Drive. They have the S4 and HTC One phones but none of them are live phones on display. They only have the dummy phones to look at. What the heck??? If I'm going to buy a new phone, I want to be able to operate the real thing and compare. Don't waste your time going to this store!
I have nothing against AT&T but some of the people working at this particular store need an attitude adjustment. On top of screwing up by making a new SIM card of my wife's phone number and putting it in my phone, which the worker had written in front of him, they proceeded to ridicule me about how I'd purchased an iPhone 4 with a broken power button (there's a work around within iOS devices to make this a minor issue) and had a good laugh at my expense. On top of that, when I'd asked if someone was the manager present they broke out into grins and giggles, even after I started to film them with my iPhone. I'd pick a different store to go to personally if you have to do business with AT&T, the thought of going back into this location turns my stomach.
Closing at 8p m-th is ridiculous we showed up at 8:04p and was ignored at the door with 5 associates working so much for being a valued loyal customer for 12 yrs to hafta leave without upgrade :-(
The new management is a real breath of fresh air. The staff is friendly, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. I have told everyone I know, that if they want the best service, go and see these guys in Sun City.
I agree with the other review. Service is very slow. Also, they try to sell you a bunch of junk when you come in -- speakers, phone case, protector, additional insurance, a kindle, etc. They failed to inform me that at&t charges a $36 "upgrade" fee when you get a new phone. Nonsense, just another way to take more of your money! I find them extremely frustrating and I need to find a new cell phone providers!
Went to AT&T to purchase a phone charger. Entered store and noticed two sales associates talking to two individuals. Found the charger on a shelf and proceeded to wait at counter. Ten minutes later listening to the small talk I asked if I could check out. Sales women replied that she couldn't wait on me for at least an hour. I laid item down on counter and proceeded to Best Buy and purchased charger in about a minute. Then tried to email AT&T couldn't find an email address so I contact this site and wrote this negative review. Not a Fan!
ATT is really not the best cell service, its really expensive, at least the store reps are truthful... One line of BS leads to another and finally decided to pay the end of contract fees to avoid the shitty customer service. Cricket is a better option for iPhones
This store is the most unprofessional store, the sales representatives do not know what they are doing. They will tell you anything to sell a phone. Fraudulent promises by a sales staff that is untrained and are of no assistance. Go to AT & T national where you will get fast reliable service. I give this store a minus star rating.

Two different employees in the store lied to me. They lied about the early termination fee by over one hundred dollars and their return policy for Otterbox cases. While my husband was at the store, there was one other customer browsing and they wouldn't answer the phones. The employees were too busy standing around chatting. Don't visit. It's a waste of time.

Stopped in Saturday to ask a simple question. There were 7 employee's 3 of which were pretty much useless. We were 5th on the monitor to be waited on. Once we were up the only thing the woman told us was that we need to go to Apple. She never looked at the phone to see what the problem was. We went over to the mall and talked with Anthony and he changed the setting and the phone works fine. The people at the other store are idiots!

Sales associates don't know what they are doing and the managers don't know how to clean up after their untrained employee. This store is the reason why I am changing to sprint today after 6 months of being AT&T. Horrible experience never going back to AT&T they should just close down stores like this one.
I had to get a replacement SIM card when returning to the United States for my ATT cellphone. I stopped at the Brooklyn Center in Minneapolis, MN. The person who helped me was Derrick. The service and his help were extraordinarily professional and pleasant.
I've been to this store 7 times and I was displeased the FIRST TIME I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but today was my last straw.. Last time I will ever walk in there. I swear they don't care about the customers they just want to get you in and kick you out.
Better than central park, more genuine and down to earth. They don't just trying to get you to buy stuff.

My husband and I both went in there at different times to upgrade our iphones. This store sold us on the $6.99 / month insurance but NEVER told us that this requires a $199 deductible. The call center guy said they should give you a pamphlet with the deductible info and they never did. They also added a $3 monthly charge per line that I didn't notice for a while. I know for a fact that I turned this charge down but here it is on my bill. This place sucks!

Great people work in that store espesially Dane. If I have an issue he can always solve any problem. It can be a technical problem with a piece of equipment or a bill problem, he will solve it no matter what.
Horrible staff. It seemed like things were turning around between January and April but I went back this week and it seems back to the old horrible ways! Can't wait for my contract to end!
04/09/2013 Today around noon, I entered the store on Bay Area to the Technical Assistance section. I asked the young lady if I could get the syncing turned off on my phone. I had other parts to the request, ie, do not erase anything, put address book on Sim card etc. The woman took the phone and started making changes immediately before I finished speaking. She was extremely rude and non-communicative. Bad Experience.
I have been ATT customer for 12 years now and recently lost my phone in that area. I went to the store and customer service was horrible. The only thing store rep was worried about was how to sell me new iPhone and add additional services to my plan. He did not let me use their interent service to try and locate my phone via iCloud. I heard the same review from another customer. This place is a dump and someone should teach their staff how to do their job which is called CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am a new customer to at&t, and I have to say that this store was incredible. The reps were knowledgable, fast, and entertaining! If you are an at&t customer, and you're in the area, you HAVE to stop by and see them!
Been there several times. Its clean, friendly and most times packed. Customer service can get boged down from the amount of either staff or customers. However, once there they will help as much as possible!
