This is the best AT&T stores I've visited. The people are helpful, knowledgeable, and we don't mind going to them with problems or questions.
I do not recommend anyone going to this store. The sales team lacks any customer service skills and you are constantly waiting, even though some of the staff just goofs off! Switched to Verizon!

Went in there To go over my bill! Walked in to the MOST unprofessional staff at the Grass Valley AT&T store! One girl had her feet resting on the desk playing with her phone while there was a line of waiting customers! The other was "helping" a customer, she was extremely RUDE and unpleasant to even listen to or exchange words with! The non English speaking help over the phone is better to talk with then the rude girls at the grass valley store! Will never do business with them again!!! Hope cooperate sees this and fixes the staff there!!
The store hours are incorrect on your website. The Upton Drive location does not open until 10 am.
They are thieves at this location I made a payment here in cash and several day later att informed me that my cash payment had been voided by the store... Att and the manager at this store was very vague and unhelpful.... I advise everyone not to do business at any authorized retailers strictly go to AT&T stores.
I went there last week thinking they had great service and I was very disappointed because the service was horrible and they were trying to get me to sign a contract worth $150 for an old phone.
I always drive to this location. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about you as a customer and the products they sell. It is a nice atmosphere to shop.

Service was awesome! I went when they were re-doing the store, and the two guys who were at the store at the time didn't have the phone I wanted in stock. They got the phone from the dealer in one day and we made our transactions smoothly. Thanks, Butler AT&T!
NOT RECOMENDED. Couple times visit the store for some help on my service and people from the store always on the phone not even welcome you. I have AT&T for 4 years went to get a SIM CARD just to acrivate an all iphone as a ipod and they want to sell it. I call AT&T and they will send it for free, STORE and PEOPLE at the store NOT RECOMENDED.
I have been in this store a couple times. Always the same story...terrible customer service. They are rude and will only help you if you know someone in the store personally.
I went in with my dad to ask a few questions about our att uverse and the guy who helped us was actually being very rude with the way he was answering our questions and seemed very impatciant. I understand they have other customers to help out but this guy was not friendly nor seemed he wanted to be working, he just was not attentive, it felt like he was just brushing us off. They should hire associates who are friendly, treat you with respect, who are polite and actually wanting to help you out with whatever questions you have and not jerks who look at you like your stupid. I did not even get his name nor did he tell us his name.
I called this branch several times throught the day for two days. No one ever answers. I even called at opening time the following day to make sure I was the first customer and still no answer. The phone just rings..

I wasn't told I would loose all my picture when they put in my new sims card. Now my pictures are all gone.
I went to m'ville store a month ago to purchase a modem & was told they don't sell them by an employee there. 30 days .later and a new modem Frm a non AT&Tt store, tech support tells me I need an AT&T modem sell them in merrilville. Really? Why did the AT&T t employee tell me they don't carry modems? Now I'm trying to call there so I don't waste another trip to make sure they have modems & I cannot get a live person on the phone, just a recording that says everyone is busy.
Stood around for 15 minutes without anyone making eye contact or saying hi. Guess someone else gets my money.
I signed up with AT&T a month ago. I cannot get online. I don't have a bill with the 3 magic numbers. You also set up an account for me with a user name I'll never be able to remember and a password that, well, I guess I'm supposed to spend the next 4 or 5 years guessing what it is. When I try to call or email, one of the question blocks is that I have to pick wireless, phone, internet, or TV. I've no problem with those. I have a problem with the voodoo you use for your customers. So I have to lie and click "I'm having trouble with my phone" and the next answer block is "There are 3 magic numbers on your bill. What are they?" And I don't have the 3 numbers on my bill. I will tolerate you for a year because I'm all signed up, but I will do without phone, computer, and TV rather than renew with you. You really, deep down suck.
I was compelled to write a review proceeding the experience I had at this particular AT&T store. While I enjoyed the presence of the entire staff, three people in particular made impressions on me. I hope I get everyone's name correct. Mark and Ryan were extremely helpful and courteous when it came to muddling through our switch from Sprint to AT&T, and by obtaining the correct phones and color from a different store. Anthony was a great floor rep, and probably the best representative I have talked to when dealing with cell phones of any carrier. He was very personable, informative, and genuinely interested in helping us out. I just wanted to thank you three and everybody at the store. We are excited to join AT&T and the staff at your store had a very big hand in generating that excitement.

if you don't buy AT&T phone from this store they won't help you service your phone, as in downloading numbers from one phone to another, poor customer service!
The man who took care of me went out of his way to explain how to efficiently setup my iPhone 5s.What more can you ask for? Ask for the manager to go through your plan.
An employee at the AT&T store in Canon City, CO sold me a phone with a 2 year contract, then offered a "free $25 Lightning cable" with the purchase of a "$35 Otterbox phone case"... While checking out she mentioned I needed a screen protector as well and I agreed. She then proceeded to take the Otterbox screen protector out of the case and put it on the phone for me. I realized after I got home that the bill seemed much too high. When I looked at it I saw that she took off the $25.00 charge for the "free Lightning cable, but then charged me $25.00 for the screen protector that she took out of my Otterbox packaging! Unbelievable! You can't sell someone something that came out of a package that they already bought?! >:-/

Went in for some assistance transferring service to an old phone while I wait for my iPhone 5 to (hopefully) dry out. Josh was super helpful. I'll be back for a friendly face when I have to switch my service back and when I'm ready for a new phone.

I have left 2 messages and have not received a call back. The worst part is that the guy who helped me gave his cell number to call back to merge my accounts. I now have tried to call the store and speak to someone and can't get anyone to pick up the phone at the store either.

Horrible retailer! Ever since they switched from mid america wireless they have been awful! They say they will honor who have purchased equipment protection and that is crap they make stuff up and "edit" what they want to fix and what they don't! And they have none of the documents from what you have purchased previously! I will be going to a corporate store from now on and I will NOT recommend this store to anyone anymore!
I was in and paid 25.00 for my cell phone 610 810 7368 now I am home charged the phone but can't dial out eveidently the money did not go into my phone transaction number 64598 total was 27.50 auth no 00400D I was there today at 12:00"36 please see what is wrong with my phone. THANK YOU HELP
I just left this store and I did not get bad service I did not get any service. There were three employees on and one was helping a customer, one was playing on his phone, and the other was talking on his phone walking in circles. I waited for about 10 minutes and then I left and went to the radio shack next door service there was good. I have never left a bad review before but I was annoyed by this. These employees get paid I do not think it is a hard or bad job, really just ask if you can help someone and its inside nice a/c all day.

I came in 30 mins before they closed I had no other time to do it. So then he gives me false information saying I don't have an upgrade when they told my mom 2 days before I did (im on her plan).. and I'm pretty sure he said this because he wanted to leave. Don't even waste your time here.

The employees here are great! They weren't kidding when they said that the Samsung phone was the way to go. Good bye iPhone!! I definitely recommend this Exeter store to everyone!

I had a horrible experience while visiting this store location. All I needed was a car charger for my iPhone 5...I stood there for 5 minutes while the manager walked around with his iPad asking random questions to customers...when I asked the young lady (greeter) how long the wait will e just to purchase a cable...she was unsure and seemed confused. I ended up putting the cable back and went to best buy and purchased the cable hassle free.
Service member was very helpful and explained things thoroughly. Very happy with her help.
Since 3G upgrade the coverage has been worse than terrible. Must leave house to talk most of the time in town. Complaints do no good.
I was very unhappy once again it's the most unprofessional store I've ever need to. Everytime I go there they make you feel like a inconvence and I didn't even want to sit my the man "helping" me he smelled and has dirt under his nails ..I have to put that phone up to my face after he touched it? I asked him to transfer my numbers from my old phone to the new one and he told me just to pull it out of ny gmail and once I didn't it I didn't even get half ny number tranfered... There was only one phone case there for a brand new phone that just came out? And when I asked where can I get more he said he doesn't know ..he's not best buy ugh just thinking of this again gets me upset.

Just treated me badly
I came into this store to add a phone to my already existing line. A lady came to me and asked me what I needed help on and she put me on the waiting list to see one of the associates. First one on the waiting list and let's just say I left there with no service after an hour and a half. There were three associates working on ONE thing and didn't care to assist me at all. I'm not one to write reviews as to this is my first one, but I could not help but do it this time for the poor service I was provided at this store.
incompetent owner assigns my credit card charge to another number. doesn't even bother to apologize for his stupid mistake....wasted a day to deal with, ie. take off from work. AVOID

My daughters phone was stolen Sat. Aug. 10, 2013. I called AT&T and had it cut off. My Dad and my daughter went into this store the following Sun. to get her a new phone. The sales person told my father that he needed to up grade another phones sim card. No problem. When it came time to get the new phone sale guy told him that he owned a pass due bill and that he would have to pay the bill before getting new phone. Sales guy said nothing had been done to the account so they left. Well, Sale guy did not give them the new sims card. So my phone does not work. They have got some really smart people working for them don't they. Also They turned the stolen phone back on. Real winners!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in how at your store each person is just a number. Have to wait ....to be told you can't help me! Being the person that is on the account and pays the bill and can file a claim but can't activate the sim card that I asked for is crap. Miss the great customer service in the small stored that you have done away with!

The AT&T Store across from the gas station is shady. They act like they're giving you a great deal but its a rip off.
I just wanted to take sometime and acknowledge the great sales people at AT&T Cartronix inside of Westfield Southlake. Aaron and Erica were the reps they listened and understood my questions and concerns about my service. Did an outstanding job at helping me. AT&T Cartronix should be proud on those sales people showing customers great service and support. I just would recommend this place to anyone looking for courteous customer service and AT&T service you will be a very satisfied customer.
The staff inside of that store was very rude it took them over 20 minutes to help me. STAY AWAY FROM THAT STORE.
I just went inside the mall yesterday at AT&T Cartronix kiosk to upgrade my phone the service I got was amazing the manager and the young man there were very friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else for AT&T service. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

I don't usually leave reviews for stores like this but the customer service was superb, the employees helped me through out through every step of setting up a new plan for me and even helped me hand pick out a sweet case for my iPhone. Very friendly staff, I recommend this store over the other AT&T store in Elko.
Been going there for over 10 years , would never go any where else . Excellent service .Have never had even 1 bad expierence and i have 3 kids with phones . I always call Mike with a problem and he always returns all calls and if possible resolves and answers your issues . Not your typical ph store .
I contacted this store regarding a question on my AT&T Cell phone and the attendant was short and acted as if she was too busy to talk to me. Very unfriendly. My contract is up at the end of this month...Good bye AT&T.
