This location provided me with the best experience I've ever received from At&t. I highly recommend the Fleming Island store in the Publix Shopping center.

The guys were friendly and seemed to know their equipment and helped us with everything we asked for.

Impossible to get assistance over the phone with your Fayetteville Store

they told me they shipped a phone a certain day when they really didn't, it shipped 4 days later. it was very difficult to have the person call me back. i told them i hope i never have to deal with them again.

The agent was very helpful and patient with all my inquiries. Being a new customer I had a bunch of questions and even though he was the only representative in the store he answered all my questions in a studious manner. Very knowledgeable about the plans and phones.

The guys at Newgate always take care of what I need in a phone and family plan. They explain everything to me. Thanks for great customer service.

I've been doing business with the AT&T store for the last 4 years. The people are great, the service is excellent, and are willing to help or show you anything with your phone.

Thestaff is friendly and knowlegeable of their products but absolutely clueless when dealibg with monetary transactions, caused me lots of problems. Go there to fix your device or inquire of a product or service. Find another store to make a purchase

Fabulous service! The young man who helped me spent a lot of time with me helping me decide which plan would be best for me. The store was not crowded. I did not need to take a number to wait as I do when at the Limestone Parkway office.

Couldnt get a hold of them to find where they are located. According to my Phone and GPS the store was in the parking lot of Walmart down the road... For anyone trying to find the store it is right next to Menards!

Very disappointed. Having issues and they don't even TRY to help! Just a bunch of workers if that's what u want to call them standing around at the door to greet you ever so nicely, then to say "we can't help" and THEN the way they CAN help costs a bunch of extra money.....terrible! At&t/apple...... DONT DO IT!!!!!!

the issue im having is the business hours say that they are open 10 am to 7 pm, but when i try calling no one is available to answer my call. either get more employees or write on the website that they dont take phone calls.

The first step I took inside this store I felt like I was on my way to a great deal. Which of course I was. There was a person that helped me with all my questions and found me a plan was just for me! What great costumer service. I rate this store 5 stars and I will be buying my wife a phone and plan from this store soon.

Absolutely the WORST customer service of any business I've ever been to. Other than trying to sell you accessories that you don't need the sales representatives aren't interested in helping you at all!

I waited almost an hour today to meet with an associate. I would not be upset if all AT and T employees were working. But they were not. Two managers were essentially doing nothing while the store was packed with 10 walk-ins. One manager's role was to walk around and apologize to customers for the wait time. He should have been helping customers. I couldn't believe it.

My mom called and ask for my internet connection on my phone to be turned back on and it never got turned back on

I went to this At&t store(Sat.1/25/14) and I took my mom(81.5 yr's old) to pay her bill & ask some question's about prev. billing entries found on her bill the staff are cordial & nice for most part but they are not knowledgable enough about billing & att in general it almost seems that they're there just to collect pymt's & sell product's because that is the direction that their energy & service goes to, I just wish thay Att would take the time to train their employees, also t call the # that is on their card & no one answer's & U can't leave a message because the mail box is full, so much fror any feedback.

This store is a franchise and does not honor what ATT says they will do. I was told via ATT chat that I needed a new SIM card for my phone. I could go and pick one up for free at an ATT Store. This store would not honor that and wanted to charge $20.00 Very disappointed in this store and feel they should not be allowed to advertise themselves as an ATT store.

We got a Plan for four phones. They gave us the wrong information on one of the phones and when we returned it for another phone we were charged the restocking fee. They gave us information for the best plan for us but signed us up for another more expensive plan. We have spent two months trying to get it fixed to what we thought we were getting. We are paying double what we were told it would cost.

This store sold my mom a cheap aftermarket charger for her ipad claiming it was made by att, the charger damaged her ipad and the worst part is they charged her the same that the apple store charges for the real thing

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store at 2768 broadway. Staff was very knolagable and curtious :)

It took them over 2hours to replace my old phone with a new one and transfer the data. Then, after that they did not transfer my Contacts. Had to return a 2nd time to get this done.

The AT&T representatives at this location have been very helpful,and are very courteous, warm,and truly amazing. I have had the opportunity to badger them with myriad questions on how to manage my I-phone,and though they are very busy,they still have the patience to listen to my telephone problems,and resolve them. I think that AT&T should give them an award for being one of the best customer service outlet for AT&T that I have ever experienced. Thank you

Most employees are helpful and knowledgeable, and not too high-pressure; some are exceptionally helpful. However wait times are very long unless you get lucky at an inconvenient hour (like dinner time).

Chris the store manager acted inappropriately while I was in the store. I had a transaction with Chris he deleted my unlimited data plan and when the problem was noticed refused to take responsibility for his actions. He was very disrespectful towards my husband I thought AT&T would have more integrity than that.

I would like to commend the staff at the AT & T store on US 31 south for the outstanding customer service they provide. I visited the store twice on 12/1 to get my wireless internet restored and received superior customer service both times. Thanks, AT & T. Your willingness to help out is greatly appreciated!

Liars, they sell you a plan and say it's one thing, you find out later it's not what they said. Worst customer service ever, we returned our phones and they are still billing, for nothing. Stay away if you don't want to be swindled by corporate thieves.

Been on hold listening to the automated phone prompts....with 5 lines and continued service over 10yrs I expect better service. I know their budget can afford to pay for an extra rep. to answer the lines. sigh.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received at AT&T. The staff was so helpful! The manager Jonathan is extremely professional while still being very personable and friendly. I honestly have never been so impressed with the customer service at any other store!

I went to get a new iphone 5s. They only had 64gb models in stock. I was told I could pay $399 with a two year contract or $37 per month with a total of $444 in payments and upgrade in one year with no contract. I chose the $444 in payments. When I saw my bill the total of the payments was $740. Iwent back to the store to resolve the issue. I offered to let them change the total from $740 to $444 or remove the payments and let me pay the $399 and take the two year contract. they refused to do any thing about it. I went home and called at&t. They also refused to do anything about it. I was lied to by an at&t employee and they are trying to cheat me out of $296.

Called this location yesterday to ask if they could transfer my contacts from old phone to new one. They lied and claimed they couldn't do it. I then called another location they said OF COURSE we can. This location is rude and shifty - only looking out for the buck.

I had a complicated problem porting a number. IT TOOK HOURS. Veronica never raised her voice as AT&T hung up on her and misdirected her. She came in early the next day to help AGAIN! Not until my cell worked perfectly, did she finish. She invited me back to her when my first bill gets messed up too. I really appreciate her tenacious, help!

I haven't had an experience as bad as this one in a very long time. Make sure you document all returns, get paperwork, and when it gets down and dirty, remember names! The 2 folks that I dealt with were idiots! The manager should be doing some other kind of work..

PLEASE do not visit this location! They are quick to sell you whatever they can, but getting answers after that is impossible! I have had to call several times about a bill or technical help. This last time, I was connected with a very rude person named Don who ended up hanging up on me after accusing me of slacking on paying my bill which isn't due for another 2 weeks. I have never able to obtain information other than being told to "call another department" or "look it up online". The staff here seems to be extremely ignorant and quick to have a smart a$$ comment. I will be finding another location to pay my bill if not cancelling my service all together.

The representative in this store convinced me to sign a contract there and get a new device under the promising it will be delivered to my home, cause I live far form there. it's been almost 2 weeks they are not answering in any media even not to AT&T customer services who is trying to reach them. I got conformation that the phone is in the store 2 weeks ago, but they didn't send it to me- although they promised. Save time and buy your device in another store. The one on west end is great

The AT&T Store information is wrong for 5226 Monticello. The telephone number listed has been disconnected, and the store hours for Sunday are wrong, store opens at 11 am not 10 am.

what a good serivece of those people provide to the customer they don't even care how long you have to wait and when you talk to them, them just don't look at you and keep looking on there phone.

To get a new SIM card, I was told to call back later and all they needed was to talk to the owner of my cell line. They could handle it by phone and I'd have my SIM card activated. Well, I've been calling 714-527-0200 for hours. and still no one will answer the damn phone. I KNOW people are not crawling to get into this store! I live nearby the store and it's not that busy! So what in the world is this guy doing?

Rude and unfriendly workers

AT&T is the service you want if you want to spend HOURS trying to get even basic information like prices or options. Over the last week I've been hung up on twice by these bozos for no good reason, once from a phone tree and once live with a customer service person. The whole operation is designed to suck you dry while releasing as little info as possible and charging as much as possible.

Very disappointing customer service. It's more than just selling a product, it's opening your eyes to those who come to your store and not stereotyping. At&t let me down big time.

This place is one of the best places to get anything you need to be taken care of. I would choose them over Walmart or Radio Shack. There may be a line, but is worth the wait. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and patient.
