Went in and they took my name even though none of the many employees seemed to be doing anything. Waited about 20 minutes with no one helping me. Another person walked in and they started helping that person. After ten more minutes, I walked out! Horrible customer service.
The employees at this location are superb and very knowledgeable.
Don't stand behind products they sell!
Bought the iPhone, and employees were such a delight I would visit them everyday if I had time!

No person EVER answers the phone. What a joke. I was standing next to the in mall store and the employes were chatting, and my call rang their phone, and one employee said, "Let it ring, they'll go away." By the way, there was NO ONE talking to the employees about phones or new service. A ghost town.
I enjoy going to this store for all my problems!
I have visited this store in North Augusta, SC many times and I never walk away from this store upset because no one was ugly acting to me. Always are treated very kind and helpful with what ever my issue is at the time. I really like this store and the employees that work at the North Augusta, SC.
I am so disgusted with the service here I cannot believe it. First they sent me all the way to Scottsdale to the apple store after we spoke for an hour about what we want. We waste 2 hrs there and back only to find out you cannot do the Next program for new customers. So we are back here in the store, was told 20-25 min, it s been 2 hrs and no one has come up to even say sorry or anything like. I certainly expect more from a company like this, the manager could at least come by to chat and ease people wait time, so so disappointed
The most discussting service, they tell you 20-25 min wait, we have been here for over 2 hours and no one even comes by to apologize or anything, I am sick to my stomach :(

By dialing the Goldsboro NC office on Parkway Dr, we get a recording that approprietly states all associates are busy, it does this twice, then hangs up on you! Besides not having or aquiring an adequate amount of the new iPhones, this is terrible customer service and AT&T, you should fix this because it is not the service we expect from a company with a name like yours
I would not under any circumstances shop in this store.
Went to sign up for the 4 lines and 10gb for 160 a month and got a bill for almost 400 dollars. Called and complained and was told that wasn't a deal they had and couldn't touch that price so now I have to pay 250 a month for 8 gb. What a bunch of bull . Screw att

I do not agree with these reviews this store lacks knowledge of the items they sell and they do not have the experience to deal with upset customers. Also if you're too busy to help a customer with a cell phone case purchase them do not sell cell phone cases at your location whoever is next in line is next no matter what they are there to purchase

My experience with this store has been disappointing, time after time. No matter what the reason for the visit, the problem usually is worse by the time I leave. What a poor group of employees. Their biggest asset to ATT is greeting people at the door.

I arrived at the store at 8:20pm after work (store hours 9am-9pm) the doors were locked with people inside. NO one ever came to the door or even acknowledged me. I called customer service and they said this is NOT company policy, the service rep said they made a note and thanked me for bringing it to their attention, Lucy D. was the service rep. It cost me money and time to drive there. This store has always been under trained and in my opinion needs a brand new management team. "Hi welcome to At&T" just doesn't cut it anymore...
The store in Merrick New York is full of scam artists. They use sleazy business tactics to get you to sign up for things you don't want or need, and will lie to your face when you call them out on it. I was told straight up that I was being given an early upgrade for agreeing to give up my unlimited data plan. When months later I came in ready to buy an iphone 6 they told me that not only would I have to pay full retail (which I was prepared to do) but I had to "pay off" my old phone which I was told was at the time of purchase was being given at upgrade price when in reality it was full retail, they were just tacking on small payments for the phone onto my monthly service plan without telling me, and since I'm not the one who physically pays the bill I didn't catch it. The kicker? I apparently owe over 600 dollars. Was never told this once. I miss my unlimited data and now I'm locked into a phone because of their deceit. Awful, awful store. Avoid it at all costs.
After calling 4x during store hours to inquire about new service I gave up......switching from Verizon but if you can't answer the phone I don't want your services....you lost a big sale! 6 phones and a tablet Ya should really answer your phone sometime
Today I witness the greed of AT&T at its worst. An elderly gentleman was in the Center texas store trying to return three phones that he had less than a month. The store clerk admitted that he could not get phone service at his country home but refused to work with the man on returning the phones. You could tell this man was devastated to know he could not pay the 1200 dollars to pay for the phones. He left the phones at the store because he said he would have to let it go into collections and didn't want to steal the phones. It was soooo sad to see how a giant corporation treats an old man in overalls just because they can. I say we stand up for our grandpa and pawpaws. Do what is right AT&T!

This store close to my have the best set of Reps. They are very helpful and are always smiling. Thanks guys. I'm the trouble maker who always stops by for everything.
Went in to the store with a phone issue and the rep in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all of my options and helped let me choose what was the best option.

This is the only AT&T store in Napa and it is very convenient. I am so glad that i dont have to drive all the way down to Vacaville for a new phone. (That is the closest one besides the one in napa)
The workers here were very rude and unprofessional. I would advise everyone to stay clear of this store if you value honesty and a good deal.
Staff do not know plans or phones. Will add products without your knowledge and are very unpleasant to deal with. Take my advice and use a Corporate AT&T store where the people know the plans and the products. This store is an independent retailer interested only in making a sale.
The owner of this store is a big time scam-er. I have bought several phones here because I live around the area and I swear each of them were refurbished -- there was always something wrong and they stopped working after a few months. He is a liar and I cannot believe he is still in business. DO NOT GO HERE if you need a phone to last you more than 2-3 months. Go to the REAL AT&T store not some "authorized" retailer that clearly lies to people to get their money and make more money off of them. This place should be shut down!
I could go into more detail of some of the things he did, but I rather save that for the Better Business Bureau.

We do not now have Egix and haven't had for several years. That is why my e-mail listing hasn't been right.
I strongly suggest reviewing customer service etiquette for all store associates. Even Management. When you choose a customer service job, that entails being pleasant, courteous and helpful to all customers. If you are unable to do this job efficiently and diligently; Please Quit and allow cooperate find another person or person who are willing to meet all the requirements of these positions.
This store has the best service. Very happy.
I give this AT&T store in the mall 5 stars due to great customer service. My questions on upgrading my phone were answered and had my new iphone in no time. A lot less busy than all the other At&t stores in the area and felt the love from the manager in making his customers happy.

I have put up with rudeness in my 52 years, but this AT&T store on Craig and Clayton has the most despicable people working there!! It is one block from me but I do ALL my phone business on line now.. Even the phone representatives I spoke on the phone with about these guys weren't surprised when I told them what store it was.. Lol.. It's people like them that would send me back to Sprint! I give them one star for not having what I wanted..
Does anyone work at this branch? Been on the phone for over a hour between pushing #1 & #2 back and forth for over 1hr. AT&T screwed up my service and no one will answer the phone. AT&T SUCKS!!!!
I brought my mother into your store today to buy her an iPhone 5s. Daniel helped us and went above and beyond with his patience. she'd forgotten all of her passwords and he suggested the 800# for apple and what I should ask them. Thank you very much Daniel and AT&T!
First of: Staff are al great and very attentive; however the store lacks the equpipment necessary to Support the new Amazon Fire ( i.e. the speed data transfer equipment does not work for the Fire Phone so it has to be completed via Wi Fi and it can tak e up to 2 hours for the trasnfer of 9 Gigs which it should take 10 minutes using their cable transfer.
Very knowledgeable staff with all phones. "Will" helped me with my phone issues. Highly recommended!
Great service and great company! I have to agree sometimes they can't fix everything but the try. Stupid laws often limit what they are allowed to do and you can't blame them for that!

I visited this AT&T yesterday because of a Sim card that was giving me a problem and I was greeted and helped by DeAndre. He was very helpful and provided amazing service. I will definitely make this location the one I go to for help. Thank you for the great service.

They never tell you the whole truth about what your monthly bill will look like! I was told no more than $320 and now I'm looking at a $532 bill! I'll never trust another AT&T store again! I can't wait until my contract is up!

This is a great store! Not only is the layout great, the employees and management are very well informed. The moment I stepped into the the store, someone came with a smiling face from the back of the store to greet me and asked if I needed any help. I felt like I was treated special here.
This would not get me to a live person. Technically the automated person told me to use my phone (which I don't have with me) and then hung up on me. It refused to give me a live person nor gave me any other options. Complete waste of time and VERY disappointing for a company as large as AT&T.
The AT&T service is very expensive. I tried to get an economic plan there, but I couldn't afford the cost of the service. Very bad customer service there.
I went there today requesting internet service: they offered me the 10 GB Internet wireless service and the monthly price is extremely expensive ( $80.00 per month) , they take advantage of the clients. They don't help the clients in any way. I can see that other companies are cheaper and more flexible
Bought insurance from store and was never told about 200.00 deductible and then when the phone broke manager acted as if I had forgotten I was told about the 200.00 deductible. Sold me new phone and told me he would have his boss call me the next day. Never heard from anyone. Will be taking phone back and shopping at the downtown store or changing from ATT
I'll never know as no one ever answered the phone. This may be the day and age of technology but a real voice would be helpful.
Manager did not even think about a resolution, just said no without a hesitation or thought. Totally not able to think, just said no to my request. Asked me to come back a 3rd time to resolve his company's problem. Run away. Run away from att altogether. Just switched my service after more than 8 years as a customer.
beware at this location salemale give false infomation to get you to buy the phone and even add service you deny and manager refuse to take phone back after the 14 days limit
We cancelled the service in 14 days and expected no more bills from AT&T. Unfortunately, new bills keep being sent to us but the manager here did not try to help. He blamed everything for the customer service not his responsibility while the customer service need him to cooperate with us to clear the problem. We spent so much time coming here and talking and being neglected by this irresponsible manager. Seriously, this is the worst experience and we do not recommend any friends to come here ask them for help.
I have been a customer from AT&T for more than 20 yrs. The Store at Eau Gallie Blvd is an outstanding place to go. The service is great. I will recommend all my family and friends to go there..
ATT on page avenue is the best Ive been to. They are very helpful from rebooting a phone to solving an issue, to purchasing. I highly recommend to any1 to go and speak to Mike. The store is actually on Page avenue near the Starbucks and Cabo

They just lie to customers so they can get them to sign up and stuck with a contract, they tell you one price but when the bill coming it a whole different price way higher than what they tell you at the store.
Always feel like I am being a bother. They are constantly multitasking. I think they are way under staffed
Each time I have been in the store the have been several customers waiting. The first time I waited for a half an hour before being helprd. The next time 40 minutes. The last time 30 minutes. I have been a valued customer since 2000. If the service does not get better I am taking my money to another cell phone provider.
Horrible Service as A CORE STORE it is not a real ATT STORE service is super slow a lot of staff and nothing gets done. There are better options than ATT.

I was wowed by the knowledge the employee had about the device. They set up my gmail account ,ISIS and google play store and all. I am enjoyed my purchase and highly recommend these folks.

The person on the phone was very pleasant and told me I could get a new plug for my Apple phone five phone if it's under a year for free at the Apple store in Manhattan. And they were very patient when I went to go get the receipt and the automated was good too.
These are not the correct store hours. When I arrived @ 9:10, store was closed and times on door read open at 10:00.

Hours have changed. They aren't open till 7pm anymore. They are open till 6pm. Need to revise the hours. We mad an unecessary trip because of wrong hours displayed.
