I went to the store for a simple issue and I ended up leaving the store, with no service on my phone. Tried calling the store and no one but an answering service would come on.

This is the worst customer service i ever faced. The person who i interacted didn't even show a 1% interest on resolving my issue or understand it.
Horrible experience. Only one staff and he was rude and nasty.
Customer service is so low, training is beyond what is needed!!!!

Never, ever use this place. Rude, Rude, Rude and Rude. 3 hours to return a phone and get a new one. On top of that, The girl that was running this place had a super rude attitude. Ask me if I had enough money to pay for the phone.

This store has transformed dramatically! Sales reps are very helpful and patient. They took time to make sure I was satisfied. So happy!

Sitting in the store waiting. There are 5 employees. 3 of wich are just standing around doing nothing. 2 customers being helped. And 5 waiting. 10 more minutes and they have lost my business.

The people were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a issue with my phone and they were able to fix the issue and help me with all my other issues. I would recommend anyone to go and see the girls at At&t.

The workers here were very nice. They greeted me soon I entered the store. They had great answers for all my questions. I definitely will be coming back soon.
You may want to change the store hours on the website to the actual store hours. You are off an hour.

AT&T doesn't know that "the customer is always right" I'm taking all future business elsewhere.
I highly recommend visiting a corporate store verses this franchise. They are commission motivated and will rip you off. If you choose AT&T this is NOT the place to go. AT&T is a great company, it's the bad apples like this franchise that will guarantee you will not get the best deal.

They don't answer their phone at this number. It goes automatically to voice mail. My rating is really below zero, as they do not only provide poor customer service, they waste your time without delivering any product.
Horrible store. After getting new phone and was told my bill would be cheaper it has been $75 a month higher for the last four months and I cant get anything done from the store. All about selling you the new phone but nothing after the sale.

First I was told I would get a free tablet with my phone and all I had to pay was taxes and agree to a 2 year contract. So at@t now wants to charge me 40 additional dollars and the store here says they are sorry they didn't tell me that but they can't do anything what kind of business is that

I went to this store to activate my new phone I paid for thru AT&T website these guys couldn't activate it and they told me they ran out of SIM cards then they sent me to culebra rd store and here I wait and wait and wait and wait...............and wait

You have to "check in and wait" and wait even if not busy, walked in 8 employees, 4 working the other 4 disappeared never saw them after 15 min of waiting so I left now I'm with T mobile. Thanks att for the push over, way better plan.

Dont even bother going to this store. They will charge you more than Champaign's store, and for every problem I've had they told me to just go to Champaign to do it. The workers in Champaign even comment on how lazy, unhonest, worthless the Danville store is. Don't waste your time with this place and just go to Champaign.

Excellent customer service. Consultant was knowledgeable of the products, allowed plenty of time for questions, friendly and seemed genuinely glad to be of service to me.
Came in to get a new phone and they helped me make my decision, port my number, and get my contacts off my old phone. (Which was completely broken...dropped it at lunch) Everyone was helpful, friendly, and made the process as smooth as can be. I am one happy Customer!
Waited 45 minutes only to be overridden by someone with no appointment. Worst customer service ever. Needed to downsize to the least expensive phone so I would have money to eat. Merry Christmas!

I have been an ATT customer for over 2 years and this is the main location I visit for questions/issues. I always get excellent service at this location. The person I talk to takes their time and makes sure I understand everything they are explaining to me. Highly recommend.
Not helpful at all would go to a different store or even change carriers. I have been with att a long time, this has been the worst service ever!

the store could not open the account they called customer service over the phone and they entered the wrong social and charge 200 to transfer account. Long wait....4 hours to now be told I have to go back to the store called the store and all calls are transfered to customer service no help at all

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to get through on the phone to make an appointment or to even leave a message. The security guard is nasty and unpleasant and on a very cold Sunday when they supposed to open at 11 AM she would not open the door one minute early, even though the entire staff was there

The owners and employees of this retail store are not merely incompetent, they are crooks. You'll be well served to avoid doing business with this particular store....drive over to the AT&T store on Route 110 instead.

A customer of many years...limited time during day...attempt to contact ATT&T lexington by phone...no answer...no opportunity to leave a messsage...must continue until someone answers phone, if they answer phone...a business with this disregard for a customer this day and time? A business that ask you for a commitment with 2 year contract?
My daughter purchased an iPhone at this store and the sales rep talked her into a screen protector in stead of a protective case. She told her it was the best product to prevent her screen from cracking. The phone was dropped and the screen cracked less that 4 hours after the purchase. The sales rep and the store manager both refused to replace the phone and denied making the product recommendation. If you're looking for competent, trustworthy sales advice for your phone purchase, I would choose another AT & T location.
I've been ATT customer for over 10years. Went in to find out availability for iPhone 6 for a Christmas gift. It was obvious the associate and manager were more interested in selling me on the new pay for the phone per month plan than anything! Told them I was paying cash for the phone and right away they seemed not interested in why I was there! Horrible experience for a long term customer!

The "upgrade" to my family plan actually cancelled my 15+ year plan and totally screwed over my entire family. I know they make commission on switching plans (my nephew has been with the company over ten years) and even though I said I didn't want the plan switched, they did anyway. No more free phone upgrades- $660 now for a new phone all because some girl wanted her commission. Horrible horrible horrible.
I came here to order the new iphone 6. I was told it would be a week and then I would have my phone. I waited 35 days only to find out the genius that set up my account assigned me a go phone #. I called to get it activated and then I'm told I will have to get another number and SIM card. This has been a headache from the start. They need to do a better job of educating their sales associates.

I purchased the new iPhone 6 at the Shepherd location and they would not help me transfer data from my old iPhone. The personnel said their iTunes was not updated which translates to they do not want to take the time to help you once the phone is purchased. The Buffalo Speedway location was very helpful and I wish my phone was purchased from their location. I will not go to the S. Shepherd location again.

came to the store for the second time to do a exchange and it took over an hour and a half just for them to do that for me. That was the longest wait for a dang exchange there was hardly any if any customers in the store and yet there was no employees on the floor and they were all in the back room. Never again will I come to this location because they are ridiculous!
I just called and the woman I talked to was very rude and seemed to be annoyed with the questions I was asking. She rushed me off the phone. Not very helpful.
