Terrible to get to talk on the phone. They do not answer . Always looks under staff.

Unprofessional unprecedented bad service from staff here .This store i don't refute use to be good .Unfortunately not any more .standards constituting basic customer service have surpassed but the staff on the jewellery counter extremely helpful and assisting
As a disabled person living in Holywood, I depend a lot on internet shopping. I can't get to Ross's Court or Connswater any more. I don't have an up-to-date Argos catalogue any more. I found what I wanted online, but can't buy it. I tried telephoning, but the automated system requires the buyer to know the Catalogue Number, and the online info doesn't give it. So I'm unable to buy from Argos, because the website doesn't give the catalogue number.

I bought a £256 Bike from Argos and it came without the Basket on the front, so they assured my husband it would be available the next day for collection! It wasn't even ordered and I have just called again and now they tell me it will be next Saturday!!! This was for a gift and now I will have to give it without the basket!! Absolutely poor service from Argos Team, who to be honest on the phone didn't sound like they could be bothered!!!!!
I went into your Camden store this morning and although i could not buy the product i was seeking, your staff spent time and energy in pointing me in the direction of a store which in deed did have what i required. I must have been in your store for 25mins and i must say your staff are a credit to your organisation and maagment
About 3 years ago I was helped by a young man named jack and he was extremely helpful to me. I went back in the story to say thank you but I was told he didn't work at Dagenham no more. I thought this wasn't good as he is a grate asset to your team I then came in a couple of days ago and he was there and helped with the same care and Time he did all them years ago So I'm I'm writing this to say thank you and he was a great help and Made my time in Argos so much better and I want to come back to buy something just because he made my time so pleasent so thank you very much.

Tried to reserve an item on line. Succeeded, but reservation number given over the phone was so quick I was unable to write it down! I failed to make any connection in order to ascertain what the number was. Maybe someone at Argos is actually an employee of BHS??
