great place to get a smog and gas
Cheap gas. Absolutely nothing else positive about it; no restroom available, dingy store, and no water bottle fills, according to the incredibly rude man behind the counter.
I had a question for the gas attendant about the payment machine because it did not take my credit card. For some reason he responded to me as if I did not know how to use my credit card and talk to me in rude manner like I was bothering him. I will never go here to get gas even though gas is cheap. This places need to take a class in customer service.
I went to buy a pack if cigs and the tellers asks me to wait so I do...as I. Waiting I simply point out there is another registers open to ring customers up. He then turns around with my purchase and asks me if im in a hurry white girl and I. Respond ,, yea if your being honest id like to get home? To which he relays then fine white girl go somewhere else dont come here which irritates me with racial comments so I rife back like most humans with a reaction. And when push comes to shove dont come here if you want pront friendly service.
I frequent this gas station at least twice a month and there is ALWAYS something deficient in their receipt system at the bay; invariably I must go inside to get a receipt as it is not available on the machines outside. This is very inconvenient and I don't understand why the owner doesn't make the effort to allow customers the ease of using debit cards and getting a simultaneous receipt.
Good prices, good people, and last stop before the corona crush!
Clean station and great service in store. Will come back again. Quick in and out access to freeway.
Do not use the condiments here. On multiple occasions I have seen homeless people enter the store, walk right up to the condiments, stick their fingers in , pull out their fingers, and then go back for more. This is way nasty, dont eat here.
If you like Camel Turkish Royales do not go here. They never have these cigarettes. I have been getting gas here every day for 6 months and out of that I have only been able to get one pack of Royales.
We stopped to top off on gas and their bathroom is outside... Filthy... No toilet paper... No soap... No seat covers... No paper towels. I had to have my mom bring me tissues!!!!! It was disgusting and I recommend no one going there... I wouldn't even give this location one star but it won't let me post a negative...
I recently purchased food and it had some green mold the problem is that I didn't notice until I had a bite of the food.
If you use your credit/ debit card, they put a hold of $100 on your account for two weeks. Terrible service and you still have to go inside.
I filled up my daughter's car, $38. We have 4 vehicles that we fill up regularly at this Arco at a cost of conservatively, $150 per week. After filling up the car using my debit card, I asked the attendant to break a $20 as there was a car wash fundraiser down the street. The attendant said that he had no change, showed me a small stack of $1 bills, and said, "I would give you change if I had it". I went to the car, went back, asked for $1 on pump 3, he took my $20 and gave me $19 in change. I said, "I knew you were lying. Then he was loud saying "this is my business!" Well, he lost our business and we will now buy our gas elsewhere where the employees are helpful and courteous. I would give a negative rating if possible.
This Arco and the Safeway across the street used to have the lowest gas prices in Southeast. Now there the highest. What's happening with that. Are they in cahoots trying to gouge us. I think yes.
Over two weeks ago the yellow warning tape went up and there has been no news since and no gas available. What's Up Arco?
Arco should fire all the people working here and start over again. I had the worst experience at this arco station. Would rather drive further then to have to put up with these rude people.
Cheap water down gas. Their food is so unsanitary. Trust me ive worked there.
Today I went in to put air in my tire, I asked the ARCO employee to turn the air on Cause they can behind the counter but he said he can't, that I have to put quarters into the machine. he's lying but anyways I came back to wash my hands and he said to use the faucet out back and I gave him a dirty look and shook my head and walked out and he gives me the finger and follows me outside trying to fight me. This was on a wensday night at 8pm two Mexican guys one with glasses.
Was elated when I saw they sold cell phone chargers because mine suddenly died on a recent trip up to Phoenix. In my haste as not to hold up the growing line behind me because they lock up their cell chargers, I only looked at the "LG compatible" on the front of the package and didn't double check actual plug. Long story short, I opened package and tried to plug in phone to discover it was the wrong one. Less than 5 minutes after purchasing and never leaving parking lot, I took back into the store and tried to exchange for the correct one. Basically told me I was out of luck but if I wanted to come back tomorrow Mgr might help. Really? I live hear Tucson. My error yes but put up a sign stating you don't do returns or something so people know. I could see if I came back after extended time but I didn't. Customer service is obviously nonexistent here. If you need gas, chose to pay at the pump and don't even bother going in!
This is a terrible gas station. I have gone back to look at my credit card statement, and the last time I was charged 3X as much as the amount of gas I bought. Please be aware! This has happened a few times, now, so I know it is not a mistake!
I EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING AND I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN .. NOT TO MENTION THE GAS IS CHEAP AND WILL HURT YOUR CAR IN THE LONG RUN.. AND THAT IS FROM EXPERIENCE
