Went in for a sandwich about 3:45p.m. on 4/26/13 the gent was sweeping the floor, when ask about a sandwich he waved me off & did give no customer service, he did not even address any of my need, we left and went to Hardee's , we want be coming back, he was lousy!ar
This evening, we got 4 roast beef sandwiches. The buns tasted old and there was very little meat in them. In the past 6 months they have screwed up my order 3 times.
This Arby's location cares about the upkeep. There a great franchise location. Great management and employee relations. Fast service and care about customers.

Good day, I stopped at Arby's on my way to a cabin retreat w/my husband. I realized I left my wallet at Arby's after reaching the cabin, 1.50 hrs away! We called & the mgr. said she had it & put it in the safe. We drove the 1.50 hrs back to Arby's. EVERYTHING was still in my wallet. Thank you So Much JOCELYN for literally saving my life. I live in NYC & know that I would have been stranded had this happened here. God Bless you & your family. There are no words to really express my gratitude to you for what you have done. That was my 1st time in North Carolina & because of you, I will be back. Thank you again
I went there for their "amazing" roast beef and it was cold. Gross.
Went there with the family and received absolutely terrible service and food will not be going back and emplore you to stay away.
We both had the turkey and cheddar combo. It was awful. It had no taste. Not even the French fries. This is the first time was have had anything from Arby's in along time. We were very disappointed. We will not be going back.
I went there con 4/6 at 11:25 p.m. and the dining room was locked!!!!! I went out of my way to come to your store and wanted to dine in since I had a long drive. Extremely dissatisfied!!!!
Thanks to the manager of this Arby's for going out of his way to please his customers. Thanks to Great Service and good people. That's what America is about. Way to go Arbys. I really appreciate it.
I frequent Arby's alot and will say that I will NEVER return to this location. Service was bad, food - well if the grease from the Onion Rings wouldn't have soaked everything, maybe I could have tried it.

This location needs better management. We visited at 1:00 pm and most tables needed cleaned. It was not busy do that was not an excuse. The employees were standing around talking. Will not stop at this location again.

This store on Foster and 82nd ave. is very noisy inside. It is so bad that sitting at one of the tables is impossible. Workers said it is a noisy fan.
Arby's will be my last.Each trip I have been missing food from my bag !! I'm not a real complainer but..I'm tired of my order not being right. I called the management to the window...One manager willing to talk to me but would not do anything to keep my business...the other manager would not even come talk to me.I am there a few times a week, since they don't want to keep this local business owner comming back,they have succeeded....they have lost my business.
The gentlemen working at the lunch hour showed superior customer service and should be complimented for their great service. Other fast food places should learn from these fine people.

i go to this arby's all the time. the service is usually ok, but not today. i orderd a turkey Ruben ( wich by what the sign shows gets turkey and corned beef. well be warned, they gave me only turkey and no corned beef. so i called them to let them know and was informed that i did not specify both meats. but as i said the sign shows both meats and the double Ruben gets double corned beef ) there is NOT a third sandwich on that sign. i am mad as hell because i got the run around over this shit. i will travel into Saginaw from now on.
The employees at this Arby's really go out of their way to assure the customer has a great experience! I visit this Arby's at least a couple of times per month, and have gotten superior service each and every time!
I just wanted a mint milkshake but y'all weren't open and I'm pretty disappointed.
I've eaten here twice in the past year. The first time I paid for two cups of cheese and got none. This time I paid for a beef and cheddar and received beef. How hard is it to get a ” small” order right? Apparently too much for these people. Guess they're right where they belong!
My husband had the absolute WORST Reuben sandwich EVER on Monday, the 25th! Paid close to $19 for 2 extra meat Reubens with all corned beef. What we received were sandwiches that were so tough & the meat was not shaved, looked like big tough slabs of gristle and fat, unable to chew. Was very disappointed-won't be back.
I asked for something and didn't get what I asked for. When I asked for what I had actually asked for, they told me I had to purchase it. In other words, what I got isn't what I wanted and I couldn't have it unless I forked over more money. I love the one in Whitehall...they are nice and respectful. The lady I spoke to today was too busy to care and rude and I think she should find a job at a KFC where no one cares anymore because they will be close soon anyway.
If you like fish sandwiches with cold centers and having your order wrong this is the place for you. Otherwise I advise you to go elsewhere!
Not only did the cashier not give me my change when I asked for extra Arby's sauce she told me she put it in the bag and closed the window in my face!!! This has not been the first time I received rude service. Will never eat at this store again!!!
Ordered the Jr Chicken Sandwich Sunday and (yes I gave them another chance) the Turkey Cheddar Sandwich Monday. They both, on separate days and times, looked like they had been ran over. I cant figure out how they made the sandwich so flattened. I brought them home and my girlfriend thought I had dropped something on them in the car. And on top of that, the chicken was chewy and dry and Turkey Cheddar had barely any cheese. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager of that store. Although I'm pretty sure the woman with the neck tattoos was the manager, so.... I will never eat at ANY Arbys ever again.
Enjoy the food at Arbys. Daytime staff more attentive and Food is fresher. Nighttime Staff slow to help, food not as fresh. Evening worker more interested in chatting with friends than assisting customers.
Everything was exceptional, and the staff was amazing and nice.
I would love to go to Arby's more in Augusta, however, they have done what many places have done on the Avenue and that is plant shrubbery. This shrubbery adds little and it impedes a driver's vision when trying to get back out on the Avenue. I frequently remind myself that there is a reason I do not go to Arby's as much as I would like to. How about be the first to remove that unnecessary shrubbery and improve visability for your would be customers if you didn't have it.
Your fish is awesome , compared to yours McDonald's tastes chum, keep up the good work...p.s. very efficient drive-thru.
fish was so dry out i couldn't eat it , i just left there about 3;15 friday the 1/11/2013 I work just down the street and eat there at least 3 days a week - but one thing for sure it won't be the fish
The turkey club is excellent, very tasty! The hours of operation posted at the drive-through window are not correct. It states the drive-through is open until 11PM, but they close at 10PM. I wish they stayed open until 11PM because all the food places that are not "24 hour" close at 10PM. It would be nice if a few of them were open later.
I could not believe what I saw going on at this restaurant tonight when I went through the drive thru. There was an employee standing on a ladder and cleaning up above where they prepare the food. She was using a yellow mop / broom and as she moved it along the ledge dust and particles were flying around the area. A few employees were laughing and I heard a person ask if there was a car at the window. She said yes and a few employees were laughing. A person, I think the manager, came to the window and gave me my food. I told her that I couldn't believe that was going on while the restaurant was open and preparing food. She said that the food was covered. I do not believe that and if so the way the dust and particles were flying around it wouldn't have made any difference. I really thought the cleaning would then stop. However, I waited a few minutes and drove around the restaurant again and to my surprise they were still cleaning above the food area. At that time I lost my appetite and drove away. I will NOT return to that restaurant ---- disgusting!
This Arby's is the worst restaurant I've EVER eaten at. Not mainly because pf the food, but because of staff. Only one manager is nice.. and I guess I miss coming on the days that he works, because I get stuck with a snobby lady who ruins my eating experience there. The place is filthy, garbage cans are always full, and once I saw that lady smoking in the walkway.. Smoke can still travel in!
My family was craving Arby's after the Husker game on Saturday, November 9. We do not go out to eat very often and we were very excited for curly fries and jalepeno poppers. When we got home we had several things missing, chocolate milk for kids meal, bbq sauce, and my big side of cheddar cheese for my fries. Also, I ordered a LARGE #1 for my fiance, spending $8.00 on it, and turns out there was about 3 slices of roast beef on it. Very pathetic looking sandwich. To say the least, this visit was a HUGE disappointment......
My family and I love Arby's, but we have had two bad experiences with this location. Both of them involved a manager, which is worse in my opinion. We will not be going to this Arby's anymore while we live in College Station.
i had not been to a Arby's in a few years tell tonight me and my boyfriend looked up the closest one to us, and i would have to say well worth a 25 min drive.
This place is the best to eat. !!!! love the food.... love the service... the staff .. SO KIND... you all are great..Keep up the good work.

bought 6 beef/cheddar sandwiches, 3 for$5 regular rost beefs, and cheese sticks. I made my 4 year old son eat one of the cheddar/beefs even when he told me it was bad.( thought he was being picky) when I bit into mine, it was rotten (I think the cheese was bad) Went back to return the 4 remaining sandwiches (and the 1 I took a bite out of) The rest of the food was fine, I wasn't looking for a full refund, just for the 5 beef/cheddars. I was told no refunds just exchange but only for the 4 not eaten. the 1 I bit into was non refundable. This is your policy?? I drove past Burger King, McD's, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, and Little Ceasers for your food. NOT GOOD MOOD FOOD!!! I told the manager just keep your money, why would I want more bad food or something I didn't want in the first place. I went to your Arbys at least 1-2 times a week. I will never eat there again after the way your manager treated the situation. Hope it was worth the $12 bucks you made off selling me tainted food. I plan to tell every person I see what happened. I can't believe this is your policy. Your manager was a female, dark hair, working 5pm on 11-09-12 she is the one who told me that was your policy.
I left my purse there----after 3 hours- no one called me--- and also called their number and get a fax machine! UGH!
