I had the pleasure of shopping in your store last week. What made it such a pleasure was a salesgirl named Lori. She was attentive to my needs and extremely helpful. Everything she helped me puck out fits beautifully and I am extremely happy. I will be back!!
I went to Ann Taylor at Stoneridge mall to return a shirt for my boss. With attitude, she said she needed an ID or receipt so I walked back to my store to retrieve both the receipt and my ID. When I had brought everything back, THE MANAGER treated/talked to me like I was a little girl and have me extreme attitude. I expect more from the manager! Terrible service.

I shop at Ann Taylor Loft frequently (They receive $$$ of my business), mostly online, but I am sad to say that this location left a horribly bad taste in my mouth. So much so that I've considered halting my business with the brand until management becomes more proactive in handling the attitudes of their hourly employees. Maria was completely out of line when I tried to make a return. She wasn't interested in my concerns or willing to provide assistance. I understand her limitations as an hourly worker, but her attitude was the problem, not her inability to do what I was asking (look up a receipt on her computer). Smug is the best way I can describe her overall demeanor--smiling while I was visibly frustrated in a mockingly demeaning way, making sarcastic comments, etc. Hugely disappointed in this individual and how she poorly reflected on the brand.
I started to do some early Christmas shopping and the small blond manager was so rude. She stared at me like I was an alien then talked to the other associates about me! I spend a lot of money in that store and should be treated with respect. She made horrible faces and after talking about me to her associates they did too. I will never shop at this location again
