Very poor service
Very rude, uninviting staff with zero knowledge of customer service. I honestly feel bad for whoever pays their wages. I will drive to kelowna before I'd buy shoes from this store again. Has really gone downhill. Shoe shopping should be fun, not PAINFUL

Very rude employees!!!!!!! Went in and found shoes I liked, not once did any of the three employees who stood in front of the counter look or help me!!! I stood there holding shoes and still nobody looked to help me!! A lady who was in there walked out for the same reason!
