I love this store location, selection, quality, and outstanding customer service. I even stopped couponing and running all over town because I always save 50% or more than my usual grocery bill. Yummy food, amazing prices,and no MSG in anything. The staff is WONDERFUL! I would even consider working there because to have employees that positive, the company must be of great quality.

I have been fan since right out college 1981! I still shop here great value, give a lot to non profit places now. In August took my son here to show him where to buy his food for apartment. He thought he thought cost ton we compared Walworld to Aldi's. Aldi's beat that store by a mile. Every time I can pick a food store it will be Aldi's. poor or rich best buys!!
I was just so grossed out the last couple of days me and my husband go to aldi to get our hamburger meat we were going to make manwiches and when my husband took a bite he had a piece of something in it that looked like a piece of a sliver of bone or a really fine piece of a wood chip but then yesterday we fixed some of the hamburger again to make hamburger and macaroni and my husband finds a piece of plastic in it while he is cooking it. I am never getting my hamburger meat there again me and my husband have been sick for about 2 days off of this meat alone and I'm pregnant so I don't know what it did to my unborn baby but I'm returning it today and I'm hopefully l'll get a full refund on it and they won't be dicks about it since the package says 100% guarantee will refund your money or replace it.

Love shopping at aldi but wish they would stay open later!! It would be so much better that way!! Oh and if some of the cashiers wouldn't just toss your stuff in the buggy I know they are tring to get everyone in & out but don't like my stuff crushed, mushed, etc.

Great low prices on a decent selection of items - many store brands you've never heard of. Suggest stopping here on your way to your regular grocery shopping trip to see how many things you can cross off your list for a fraction of the grocery-store price! (Take a quarter to rent your grocery cart)
I would give a 5 star but needed more on salads and other greens.and more help with lines.I enjoy going here than other ones.because staff is friendly and they go around and face and collect empty,trays and boxes.and put in a bin for the shoppers.recycle I'd say.good job
is it your stores policy that when customers use an empty stock box from your shelves to put items in and take to check out line that customer must empty items out of box and onto conveyor for the cashier? and is it policy for cashier to be rude about it if one does not do this? cashiers should be more friendly just as some of the higher customer paying stores do!
I bought a pool for 250.00 and the second I pulled it out it was damaged, I try to return the iteam and I was told I had to deal with the manufacturer, it was 2 hours after I bought it and I had recite, the best of all is I wanted to call the manger later in the day but there phone number is no where to be found anywhere, I try to call 411 and they told me its unlisted, makes me wonder why?
Why don't you have a posted phone number so that we can call and get answers without having to waste time and gas to find out something pertaining to your store? Other than that we love the store, it's clean and neat. We like your products, most of which we like as well as or better than national prods.

I love shopping at Aldi! Their produce is less expensive than all other stores I shop at. They also have several frozen food items that are much less expensive as comparable items at other name brand stores. I do not mind one bit to getting my own cart & returning it. Occasionally it is enjoyable to just give my cart to someone else as a small token of kindness. It is only a quarter to bless another person. The employees at the store on Kearney in Springfield, MO have always been exceptionally nice & helpful if I needed to ask a question regarding a product.
Excellent products, produce, meat, wine, desserts and weekly specials. In many ways it is like a Trader Joes but a not as fancy. I like it. But the same products may be there one week and not the next but that is the only downfall.

Went to Aldi this morning to buy 99p plants that were advertised in last weeks mag as a Thursday 27th Special deal Told had been delivered on Wed and had all sold out. What is the point of advertising special deals on specific days if you don't stick to it What a wasted journey. Manager get your act together.
I'll admit I wanted to call them as well but REALLY the ONLY reason you need to call them is to ask if you left something in the store. If them not having phones means that I can get a decent quality product and a fair price then so be it.

Pretty decent. But at times their is old fruit/ veggies being sold and not enough selections so I only shop when its something we will be eating right away

This is a great store to save my family money. Every store needs to implement their buggy system. I only wish the store was larger. The secret is out about Aldi because it is always busy.
I shopped at this store on 6/11/2013 at approximately 9:23AM. Store practically empty yet stood by an unmanned register for at least 5 minutes. During this time, an individual said she will be right there, that was 3 minutes into the wait. Aldi's discriminates against older applicants, ( feel free to ask why ), so with a Younger staff why the inconsiderate slow-motion. Will never patronize Aldi unless a sale can't be beat, will never again make an impulse purchase!!!!!!

Poor, poor, poor service. Cashier's attitude was horrible and my items were thrown in my cart. I gave this store two opportunities and both times the customer service was bad. I will not be returning.
Worth spending my money here
When this Aldi first opened here in Fitchburg I was hesitant to shop there. Not sure why, but I was. Then, for financial reasons I started going there. I found that for the most part, their products are pretty good. Some as good as the name brand items you'd buy elsewhere.
The only issues I have are with the veggies & fruit. You don't really know how ripe or over ripe something is til you get it out of the package.
I do find the employees there to be exceptionally friendly. I like that.
Overall, I'm happy stopping in there once or twice a week for things. It does save me money. Two thumbs up!

I have found Aldi's to carry a great line of groceries. There brands are top notch for quality and cost savings. Try something and you will see, these guys are no frills, no gimmick food distributor's. I no longer get caught up in the " buy one get one " marketing lies. Aldi's is my store of choice for my food needs. If you haven't tried them your spending to much for quality food.
Recently visited the Aldis in west Erie, Pa, at around 2:30 pm. I must say I was very disappointed in the service I received. I usually shop there for canned goods. After taking the time to go thru and find the items that were not damaged or dented, and neatly stacked my items in cases, I went thru check out line of a blond cashier named Carrie who defeated my efforts by throwing my items into the cart with disregard if organization or damage. In the end I had a pile groceries dented and damaged treated like dirt. I had to spend another 45 min reorganizing my groceries and picking thru the damaged cans. I've never been treated in such a manner and was very offended by Carries actions. I am hoping this young lady is reprimanded and customer service is very important for repeat customers!

I was very happy to have an Aldi around my area because prices are more reasonable than Walmart. They are always having Great sales. I am always looking forward to the next flyer to see what I would buy for the following week.
Aldi's Rome ny is a great store. They have many nice items from produce to staples. The girls that work their are friendly and are hard workers. They do a great job!!!! I shop their a couple times a week.
I did not like being made to feel rushed at checkout today i was told to put every thing in my trolly and pack them over by the window it made people stare at me and made me feel very uncomfortable customer service could do with improving at your checkouts

I am so impressed with this company that my husband and I are always looking forward to buy groceries there. I give them four stars and half just because they don't have a lot of produce but that's ok. I love Aldi.

I just love this place. The first few visits I was shocked at how low the total bill was. Many of their alternately branded products are as good or better than name brand items. And the selection! Every week some ethnic group or product type is featured. At times, you can get lobster, lamb roasts, gyro kits, smoked turkeys, vacuum cleaners, kitchen utensils, rugs, sheets, etc. What more can you ask for?
This location is new. Great-hardworking employees. Very well lit, and products are superb with the best prices in the city. Aldi continues to amaze me. I almost gave a 4-star because I think that the cashiers are busy getting floor-work chores done when a cash register needs to be open on a permanent basis and 2 cashiers for "rush hours." It is an example of employers expecting too many chores at the sacrifice of customer service, but I went ahead with a 5-star 'cause I LOVE this store!

The Fort Oglethorpe store is top notch. The prices, set up, cleanliness, selection, and customer service is unsurpassed. While I find I can not get everything I want there, they continue to get in more and more product that I used to have to go elsewhere for. The manager and employees are doing an amazing job for the Aldi chain. Thanks guys!!!
I shop at Aldi frequently, and we enjoy all the food and products that we purchase. I always get more than I intend to purchase because there are always good buys for items I may not need at the moment but I purchase them anyway as I try to save where ever I can and at Aldi, I do save money on many items as opposed to other stores!
We purchased a deep fryer just recently. How do we go about obtaining a new one, getting it repaired or a refund. We really would like to have it replaced. The power unit is broken and the reset button is not correcting the problem.
It's a good store with lots of fresh British produce, waiting times at the tills are kept to a minimum and the staff are very quick at getting you served. The only thing that I find off putting is having a security guy lurking about, it's not a good advert for the area or the company. But over all a good experience.

The Rogers store has hard working workers who do an excellent labor taking care of the Aldi's store and it's products.They do even better job taking care of the people buy from them.Rating them is hard on scale of one to ten because the number I come up with is twelve.So I will say TEN.

I tried to get a phone number to call this store without success. I would have rather talked to a manager instead of posting this. I left this store around 4:00 pm today. The cashier was so sick and obviously needed training for working with the public. She would not wipe her runny nose with anything other then her sleeve, until she rung my stuff up which she decided to use her hand/palm to wipe the snot upwards the rang up my items which I now don't even want. This was an adult. Come on! Check your cameras.

Be aware of the time of day you shop there. Next door is the DiVinci Academy and the parents park in the lot so there is no room to park to shop and they also park along the road, right up to the driveway so you can not see to get out. I nearly got hit trying to get out. Traffic control is desperately needed there. Plus the drivers should know you can't park that close to the driveways/entry ways. Something needs to be done there. And the parents should know that the parking lot is not for them, it's for the shoppers. I don't recommend shopping there between 2:30 and 3:30 pm. It's a nightmare and you risk getting hit trying to leave the store. Other than that the store is great, the remodel is wonderful! The shelves are always full and the store is always clean.
I think Aldi is a great place to shop, the only thing I can say against it is that they do not look after their plants very well, it is sad to see so many plants dying simply from lack of care eg.watering on a regular basis.
I tried calling the location by my house only to find you don"t have phones???? How ridiculous is that? I bought one of your fresh pizzas and did not have time to cook it last night due to a family emergency. When I went to look for an expiration date on the box there was not one. How am I supposed to know how long it is good for? Why are there no dates on the fresh pizzas? And no phones to call and ask. I might as well throw it out rather than get sick. Very disappointing.
hi- visited the swinton store (1.3.13)-checked my bill today, to find i'd been charged twice for a product -there was no telephone number on the reciept-so searched on google for store number-yes there was a helpline but 'closed' today. hence i am sending my comments via this system. I have only just started to shop regularly at Aldi- and until now have always been happy with the service. i know these things can happen, i just want to know how i sort this out ? What happens in situations where products have been scanned twice, as i in theory i dont have any proof that i only took 1 product home! Thanks, i look forward to your response.

We just visited your store and in reviewing our receipt we see we were charged twice for a product we only have one of. I've looked and looked and can't find a number for your location (there is no number on the receipt). I called the only number showing for a different location, however there is no answer. I would appreciate if someone would contact me regarding this issue so that I get this matter resolved, if the location wasn't so far away and gas prices so high, I would just drive back to the store, but that is not possible at this time.

We really like this store it is very clean , the employees are really nice. We like going here because of the prices and the keep on adding new items. We can walk out of there bying a lot of groceriers and not having to pay so much money . It is worth going there and getting extra items and not having to worry about not having enough food etc.. in the house.

I normally shop for natural and organic foods and pay way too much at other stores. Aldi's new line of all natural and organic foods is great and so much less expensive. I love the frozen organic fruit, cereal, as well as their pasta and sauce. I keep finding more items and always seem to spend less than I thought I would rather than more like I do at other stores. I love that they have organic soy milk and they now have almond mild too. It is a no-fuss store and I love that I am not paying for a lot of employees and unnecessary pampering.
I love this store. We wouldnt survive without it really. Groceries have gotten super high but aldi keeps their prices low. You have to provide your own bags or you can buy some for like 10cents a piece. And yes you bag your own groceries. But this is part of why aldi is so cheap, so you don't have to incur the extra employment costs on your food. So ask yourself do you want full customer service or do you want affordable food?

Not a happy customer. I drive across town to go to Aldi when I could have stopped a a store near my home only to find the doors locked at 7:50. If the store is open until 8:00, shouldn't the doors be unlocked? Guess I'll not waste my gas next time and stop at Marsh instead.

your lovin fresh 12 grain bread is excellent, but the people who are slicing it needs to adjust their cutters. thick and thin slices are not acceptable. some are really thin and some are really thick. is there anything that can be done? Thank you.
I have just returned to shopping at Aldi in Oswestry after being terribly lazy and going to Sainsburys for some time. I was pleasantly surprised. I sill dislike the layout and an awful lot of cakes, biscuits and bread, but the quality of the fruit and vegetables are excellent. Better than Sainsburys and cheaper.
