Recently rented out if this office and was very happy with the service. The agent offered me the car I had reserved, a free upgrade and two options which were so cheap I had to get the convertible. Alamo's competition did not do well, charging ridiculous sums for a one way dropoff at the London Airport. Alamo was much more economical than the misnamed Budget rentals. Most of all, we appreciated the intelligent and friendly service we got from Neeraj. Well turned out, efficient, and sympathetic, he is a credit to your firm.
