Poor Moral?
I went into to get an immobilizer installed on my car. Something that is paid by the gov't. I walk in there everyone has a frown on there face, no one is even attempting to help me. They all just looked miserable. When I mentioned this a staff member replied 'we want to go home', i responded with smile cause you will get to go home. This was a gov't paid thing they had a good chance to gain a customer for future business.. Not in this case.
