I have visited this location several times and every time there's a problem. Whether there is an advertised sale price and it rings up as more or expired food. Hostess and 711 brand items are expired. Service is terrible.

I love coming to this store. They have some of the friendliest people working here .. and always willing to help out in any way possible. I highly recommend coming to this 7-11

They really give a great service

The staff I'd always friendly and courteous and always say hello,when anyone comes in and always say have a good day and good luck when buying lottery tickets.

The man the owns the place or works there is completely rude!! He calls woman names and screams at people delivering items to him in front of customers! If you need to go to a 7-11 go anywhere else other then this location!

I would avoid this place at all costs. Started going to husky down the road. The service is bad. The staff are rude and don't know their jobs and the manager ignores complaints and does nothing to fix the problem.

I recently had a proble with a charge on my card. The manager went head on to try to fix my problem. She was awesome. No one in this capacity at any other stores equal her.

Customer service has declined at this location. Always feel like you are bothering them for service. Sad so many places are closing down. Owner needs to rethink and train his people on customer service, the real reason why the are employed.

Everything was dirty. They had the elusion of someone cleaning the floor but the bucket didn't even have water in it. The bathrooms weren't working. And the staff was angry I said it was filthy.

The night manager has a very poor demeanor regarding returned food.basically denies it and refuses exchanges.I have seen him cause significant altercations as a result of his attitude.

I received no service after purchasing an item and attempting to return it, being told that the item could only be returned while the manager was present at wild hours! Poor management and waste of my money! Don't trust this store!

I stopped in today Monday December 8th to get pop and breakfast sandwich but employee was counting drawer at 545am when everyone one way to work cause I was paying with cash had to wait please explain why should I or any other customers have to wait?

This was my regular 7/11 for years, until today when I was told "we don't have a bathroom" for my 3yr old son who was dancing on the spot next to me. I mean seriously?

There is a very nasty elderly lady working there. Very rude phone manners, hung up on me before I was done talking. Going into the store she is even worse. Have heard many stories of her rudeness as well. Should not be working in the public sector if you are that miserable.

There is an older Asian clerk at this location that worked Monday Sept 1, 2014 evening shift that has given me a hard time over the last few months. He has accused me of fake ID. I'm 42! Tonight he accused me of purchasing cigarettes for a minor because I was with my son. He threatens police etc. He has no people skills and has poor English that seems to agitate him. I am looking into writing a formal complaint. Too many times now he has been very unpleasant and caused grief.

I purchased an array of things, including a "Fresh and Ready" 6" submarine. I gave $20.45 to the associate for a $14.45 amount, and she gave me $5.00 change back. After I explained to her that she owed me another $1.00, she rudely said that she could not open the till and said that I would have to wait for the next customer to go through. I was given my $1.00 back, and not thanked for waiting or given an apology, even after I said thank you on receipt of the change. When I got to my destination to eat my sandwich, I took one bite and realized that "Fresh and Ready" was not a true statement. The sandwich tasted like mould. I wasted $6.00 on a sandwich that had two date stickers on it (one for today's date, and one for two days from now). Neither true for the lack of freshness of the sandwich. The poor customer service and the horrid food mean that I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend that you do not either.

This man has absolutely no customer service what so ever. I can't believe he is the manger. My daughter and I walked into the 7 eleven to purchase juice. My daughter accidentally dropped a plastic bottle of orange juice and broke the cap. The orange juice and bottle were completely in tact. He tried to force us aggressivly to purchase the juice. He was being so rude in front of a room full of customers and argumentative we left. I sent my husband to purchase my daughter's juice (because it's not fair to her) and he continued to argue with my husband then started to lie about the entire situatio. This man need to held accountable from 7 eleven franchise

Store that sell 711 pizza should state it on the site because there is no sore description of food goods sold.

Always go to this location since it's convenient and I love the cleanliness and great customer service.

My Car broke down on the lot. Ask middle eastern lady with dark hair in ponytail if she could call a Cab for me. She shouted No! I asked if she was serious and she started yelling at me. I asked her not to yell at me and what was the big deal to call me a cab and was told she said No, end of conversation. I will take my business across the street to 6112a Franconia Rd, where they are always pleasant. I hope she never need an extra helping hand.

It's clean and has an amazing manager and service!

The post office keeps forcing me to pick up parcels here, but it's really hard to get into. Tiny parking lot, often with storage bins and things taking up spaces. Traffic is awful, and the lot is all potholes.

i love food... sweet to salty, and 711 is the perfect place to be for cheap,delicious,satisfactory food. i also bought one of my phone cases there! i love 711 and i highly recomend it!!!!! :)

I'm normally in early in the morning and am helped by the same gentleman. Even after possibly being awake all night he's still friendly, alert and smiling. It's a wonderful way to start my morning. Everyone else who I have seen working have the same positive attitudes. I absolutely love the service at this location as well as the people who work here.

Can you please put the store hours during regular days and holidays as well.

Horrible people working at this store. Made a mother leave because of her handicapped daughter's stroller which is needed for her ventilator. Don't give these people your business! Would have given no stars if it would have let me.

I go to this store a lot but I won't be back. I came in and got a cup of oceans was charged $1.06. You are the only store that charges full price for a cup. It may be petty but I won't be back. You can screw someone else

Friendly staff, clean and neat. Wide variety and selection and fresh fruits and vegetables. Good prices with deals always going on.

The coffee at this location is excellent. What I especially like is the array of flavored creamers , sweeteners etc, which you are free to add to your beverage according to your taste. Unfortunately,some of the hired cashiers seem poorly trained and at times can be quite rude and disrespectful

I had Coke rewards vouchers for a 20oz soda, but was told they no longer take these. I proceeded and stopped at 7-Eleven at 380 and 75 where they accepted them. I have had continuous problems at this store with people who are very inept. Go someplace else to get smart, courteous service.

Nice store, friendly people, however impossible to contact by phone. They either do not answer or pick up the phone and say nothing (but you can hear their voices and store noises in the background), or you get rerouted to a fax.

Everytime I use cash they short change me 5 cents up to 5 dollars. Literally I gave one of the employees a brand new hundred for a 14 pack of smokes and instead of getting 86 back I got 80.

I was just there buying some candy and I brought it up to the counter and the cashier told me the price and I noticed I didn't have enough money. So I took away the pretzel M&MS and I was still 34 cents short. But I asked if I could go to my car to get the change. She said sure! And so I brought 50 cents back just to cover it and she still offered to make change for it. I said no it's okay. I don't know her name, but she was the best cashier I've ever encountered. Manager I hope you are able to see this: whoever was working at 10 p.m. On September 11, 2013 was a fantastic employee. So happy I was able to cross paths with her. She is great. Perfect for a business.

Rude and arrogant

Buyers beware- not only is the ice cream here overpriced (a pint is over $5), but it is incredibly freezer burned. The store obviously lets the ice cream melt to room temperature and freezes it again in order to sell to unsuspecting customers. I have had this experience several times at this location, but tried again because I saw a new flavor. However, the ice cream ended up being the most freezer burned pint I have ever picked up from ANY store! Upon this discovery, I returned to the store to return the pint but they refused! Apparently my receipt and 7-11 bag was not enough to "prove it came from that store."

I walked into this store without being greeted. The employee was playing with his cell phone and looking up at the ceiling. When I approach his register he refused to put his cell phone down. He just kept on using it. Then he still didn't greet me. He doesn't speak English well at all. I told him when a customer is in front of you, you need to put that cell phone down now. He just looked at me. I called the corp office.

Their service sucks going on my lunch break thinking oh joy a 7 eleven they have a bunch of things for lunch. Not once did they ask if I needed any assistance which I did with hot dogs. I decided on the nachos instead. Along with that I decided on getting a slurppee well it over flowed a bit. I couldn't find any napkins nor was I asked if I needed which I did the slurppee was dripping down my cup. I asked for napkins they gave 2 very rudely. As I was paying the cashier didn't ask if I needed napkins damn tight asses point being there service sucks

I have frequently visited this store for many years my very last visit was yesterday... A broken bathroom door, a toilet that's broken no soap or paper towel. What a dump; I guess they have not made quite enough profit to fix these minor things. I find greed like this arrogant I can't believe we have supported your store this long.

They have a sign on the door that says "Please remove hoodies before enteting." Very ridiculous!

Several employees have horrible manners and act as if their job is so horrible. I have heard the owners of the store treat the employees badly many times from people in the store. This store is the closest to my house but I no longer waste my time or money there.

Blonde lady that works night shift was very very nice. I called to see if there were any cheddar smokies and there wasn't. So she offered to put on some fresh ones and to come back in 30mins. Was pretty impressed. That NEVER happens during the day with the short woman with brown long hair. Awesome night shift staff. :)

So much for the 7-11 promotion yesterday. Went into the store yesterday for the free slurpee promotion, and was told "All the machines are down, come back later". Really??? ALL the machines are down? How convenient. So we come back later, around 8, when my kids got home from soccer practice, and then are told, "Promotion only runs to 7pm." When I told the clerk about the problem with the machines earlier, she says "You'll have to talk to the manager". I say, "Okay, let me speak with the manager", to which she replies, "Oh, he's not here right now". Very funny. Enjoy your career as a 7-11 cashier.

They advertise free slurpees until 7 yet the manager at this location decided not to honor that and said once their cups were gone they were "out" yet you could buy one??? Wishing I hadn't spent my $60 on gas here!!

Unless you are Asian/Indian, white, and Hispanic they will treat you well. Blacks on the other hand are treated awful. They have no respect. On the national 7/11 day they always make up lies that they have no cups or that they're machines are broken and then the next day everything is fine. This 7Eleven is terrible they need to go under new management or just shut down period.
