Got bad diesel there this morning my truck left here within 10 minutes it was having fuel system problems

I am a local. They actually refused to refill my propane tank because it was windy and raining. Never coming back ever.

Bathroom is not open during regular business hours Apparent it's closed by 10pm.

STTAy AWay from there. They ripoff the people and don't repair. They distrod the car

They top off even though it is illegal. Attendant added $3 grocery to my gas bill and thought I did not notice. NO apology, looks like it was intentional.

A community service station. Place people feel safe and friendly. Never sells restricted items to minors. A safe haven to scared or threatened persons.

They have a good working staff and help you as much as they can when you ask for anything (sauce, Napkins, a fork, Etc.) they given it to you there really helpful they also have really good food I would definitely stop by and check it if you haven't been there

Had a scheduled interview for cashier position, manager was not even there!!! Very bad management to schedule interviews and the manager is the one that does not show.

They are rude when they are serving there food I asked nicely for the ketchup and other sauce and they only gave me 1 and they had an attitude

I was appalled at the restrooms at this gas station you are paying top dollar for gasoline and the restrooms look like a dive and dirty no toilet paper toilet seats are loose locks on door don't work who attends this restrooms anyway needs to Pay attention to this. Customer says it needs to be condemned health and safety issues. Corporates needs to visit this place for theirselves.. Thanks you I had to go to mcdonalds to use theirs instead

My wife got fired at this 76 gas station! Her first time working at night ( no training) no one showing her what to do, she ends up paying the manager $80.00 so she doe's not get sent to main office. She there on time, works her butt off and still no one will give her the right training!!! Best to fire her and don't train somebody else!! How many people have gotten fired from this place!!!! Sad you lost a good and honest person!!

This was the first time I shopped at this Location, I was pleasently surprised how clean and convenient the store was, the bathroom was so nice and clean. The store staff was friendly and helpful and I definatly will shop there again, great Visit.

this gas station is great i go here daily n get ice and even though it is pricey for soda--i buy there because they are friendly and fast and smokes are cheaper and its great all around, just wish it was open till 11pm daily

If you're in line to pay, the clerks here will drop everything if a Caucasian walks in. The clerks speak no English . They haven't learned yet that in this country they need to serve people in order, not according to skin color or ethnicity .

My cars and trucks have been going to 76 Union Gas Station and Mechanic Shop for the last 19 years, and I have always had great results from all vehicle maintenance, minor to major repairs. I highly recommend this company for vehicle repairs. It is worth waiting for an appointment to get what you need done correctly and honestly.

I was the only customer one morning, around 7:30 am. The pump attendant walked into her booth as we pulled up to the pump, no acknowledgement. I sat and had to wait while she started and finished doing something with her drawer, which was an inconvenience but I tried to be understanding. Then she cleared some items off the counter and wiped it down. Then she changed her coat. And finally she came out to find out I needed a quick fill-up. I don't understand the lack of concern over who I choose to get my fuel from. I like customer service and communication! combined with other problem at other 76s I will not be returning.

I was told the owner of this station (and the one at 21st and 101 in Reedsport) recently passed away. This station is closed and up for sale.

My daughter asked for only $10 of gas because even though she had money in her account, she needed it for other things until payday. The guy filled her tank and then said there was nothing he could do about it, no apology, nothing! Very rude - please go somewhere else!

There was an employee today in this gas station that was really rude to me.he hit me on my foot with the pump thingy and cause me out saying all kinds of rude words just because i told him that my pump was not working.i will never go back to any 76 gas station.what a rude employee.my foot its all swollen.this employee should be fired.

My credit card was compromised at this gas station on August 8, 2013 as I was traveling home from a vacation.

car wash dryer caught my antenna in a slot. thought it was going to tear the antenna out of my hood, but just bent the antenna badly before letting go.

I just got gas and was expecting to pay $3.59 per gallon for regualr but I used my debit card and was charged $3.69 per gallon. There is no sign or anything to indicate that you will be charged .10 more for using your card. I will no longer be going there I will drive to AMPM in EaglePoint where I know that there is signs that say that you will be charged .35 for using your debit card.

I do not recommend. They always top off. And shift change is terrible!! They are also slow.

They said it will be a while because of shift change. She went and stood by the car for about 5 seconds and then came back and said "okay I am ready". Then she topped it off, when there is a sign that says DON'T TOP OFF! I told her it's not good to do that and didn't even acknowledge me. This is not the first time this has happened either.

No stars if I could. Horrible customer service, unreliable policies and poor burning gas. After chance after chance they've continually let me down. There is always a problem to systems down, no change etc.

thank you to who ever was working 6th street 76 gas station at 9:50 first you spent more time chatting with your friends then taking care of customers then you take my gas cap off and just drop it on my car thank you so much guess you do not own a car and then the best part i sit there pump is done and he for gets i am there i get to get out take the gas hose out of my car and put my cap on .....worse service ever i will pay extra and go someplace else

Went in to get off road fuel was told that they are now charging $.10 extra for using a card even if its a debt card told them to put in only $100.00 in and i would pay cash after he pumped it he still charge the credit price and didn't give my the off road price so they over charded me $.40 per gal when i asked to have it fixed he stated that with the new computer he didnt know how to and just stood there and took my money. they overcharged me $10.00 called the owner and left a message but never recived a call back. no customer service so. Me no customer now! every time i used to go in i would put in 100 gals of off road diesel

Today I went to this gas station to get my car washed for 5 bucks. When it was almost done washing my car it had pulled off and broken my side mirror however when i went inside to talk to the employee all they told me was they are not held liable for the damages. Which is just absurd. Do not get you car washed here because if they damage it they will not even try to help you out.

For years I have gotten gas on my way up the mountain at the Welches 76 station, but never again. Yesterday I had a full gas tank and just needed to use the bathroom. Was rudely sent away, told that bathrooms are for customer's only and I would need to buy something in order to use it. For all of the gas that I've bought over the years I would have thought that would be enough. I'll be buying my gas in Sandy from now on.

Hhan and Kim do great work on cars, from minor to major automotive issues-they do exactly what they say. It may cost, but the work is quality.

I stopped into this store to grab a couple of snacks,I'm hypoglycemic and me and a friend of mine were driving to Longview,wa. to handle some things with my fathers estate,he had pasted away two days before,when I got to the counter the attendant informed me I was parked in the fire zone(along the side of the store) he informed me he could refuse the sale if he wanted to,he was very rude,as he was ringing me up I told him he woulden't have to worry about me doing that again because I would never come back to that 76 station,he then refused the sale,I asked for a managers number and he refused that also,I am 29 years old and have lived in Vancouver my whole life and have worked re-tail for ten years,I have never before had this experience nor would I treat a customer this way,I doubt anything will come of this,but you should know,thank you.
