Her knowledge, professionalism, patience and courteous manner are appreciative. I must add that I was elated when she advised me on the options of rental space available to meet my storage needs. Her patience is extraordinary. She took the extra effort to resolve my storage space issue. She should be commended for going above and beyond her duty.
