Lack of inventory-indifferent staff
For the third year in a row, I've responded to Popeye's TV many advertisements for their Shrimp dinner, and again....they do not have any shrimp. This year and last year, I got the lame excuse "We are out for the season and won't be offering it again." Are you f-ing kidding me?! Last night it was on the Toledo station, advertising up to the hilt, and we only have ONE POPEYE IN THE TOLEDO AREA. Not to mention the indifference I seem to get from your staff. In the future I will go elsewhere. You guys are a joke, and that is sad, because the food is really good.
