We used the bank to purchase a home. We have great credit, make plenty of cash, and had all of our paperwork in order. We are currently 6 weeks past our initial closing because of their clerical errors. We've had 3 agents help us, each time they start over causing more delays instead of speaking to one another. Take your hard earned money to someone who will respect you.
