PNC always misses the boat
I was in a rather long line to make a quick deposit. They were obviously short of tellers and that was ok until some lady from one of the offices asked how I was doing. I told her I was there for a quick deposit. She then began throwing a pitch for something at her desk. She could have offered to help with the deposit and gained my interest in whatever she wanted to sell me. This is why I really don't like PNC.
